Leo handled my patent application. The initial reviews by the Examiner were unfavorable and posed a number of problems. Leo worked through them very well, however the subsequent review raised a new set of problems. I discovered that the Examiner does not always say what he means, and it is importa...nt to have someone who can read the "tea leaves" and respond appropriately.
