I had crashed my car and hit a telephone pole in chalfont township when I was drunk, took the blood test that the cop had recommended and I got arrested with a 0.21 BAC. Since it was my first arrest, Rob got me a deal where I got ARD for 6 months with a 2 months license suspension. After my ARD is up... the DUI will be expunged from my record.
