For the past 10 years I have been a victim of the criminal justice system. I was targeted by certain troopers that wanted to make a name for themselves. All because of the person I lived with. Dont get me wrong. I am not blaming anyone but myself because I am no angel. It began with a simple s...quabble with my sister and nosey neighbor calling the cops and the “commonwealth” took over the charges. Once you are on paper they can do what they want As a result of that day I have gotten 3 DUI’s. None of them alcohol related. The third one , I knew for a fact there was not a thing in my system By some miracle they came up with .91 nanograms of an illegal substance. For those who dont know, a nanogram is one BILLIONTH of a gram. I was taking my daughter to school because she missed the bus. I had an expired registration. They took her to school in a police car. I only submitted to the blood test because I knew I was clean. I even aced the roadside sobriety test. Being the third DUI I had no money left to hire a lawyer. The public defender that I had did not even show up at my hearing. She sent a paralegal (I am guessing) who was more terrified than I was in front of the judge. I did 18 months in jail and lost everything I had because my landlord, Joe , was a shady SOB I had lost all faith in the justice system. Thats why I continued to exercise my constitutional right to drive. I got caught twice because of the chipped plate being in my name. Not because I was a hazard to anyone. The 3rd time was when I hired Rob. I was facing going back on paper again and I was honestly thinking of becoming a fugitive because I had had enough. Rob not only listened to what I had to say, he HEARD me and that is extremely refreshing. What he did for me was a “small miracle”. He didnt just gouge me like the other attorney did Rob is not afraid to think outside the box. He got me off with a small fine and that is what makes him so spectacular to me. If I could afford it I would rent a great big giant billboard right next to the courthouse. Way cool. He has restored most of my faith in the justice system. My future , for once actually looks brighter.

God answers prayers. . This is a review for rob mancini. I was charged with DUI and I'm a single parent who cannot afford to lose my license. I met Mr Mancini through my cousin. I could not afford to hire him and fight the case. He happened to be in the same courtroom I was in on the same day of my... trial (of course this was God's will) he saw me and talked to the da for me for free. He got the da to drop the license suspension! (Prayer answered) so yes God answers prayers. Thank you Rob from the bottom of my heart!

I got a ticket for a rolling stop and was extremely disrespectful to the officer as he was to me during the stop. I peeled off in my car as soon as he handed me the citation. You have the right to leave a traffic stop without permission according to the federal supreme court as soon as you are issued... a citation for those of you who don't know. I flexed that right in the most disrespectful and legal way possible. I paid Rob to show up at my court date to represent me. The officer withdrew the charge before we even entered the court room. It is my belief that he did this because of my attorney and the talk that they had before I even showed up. The judge was late by the way and I never saw her. Go figure, another unaccountable government employee. This man also got an ADA and two seedy Bucks County detectives to agree to withdraw two felony charges against me 10 years prior. Don't press your luck, but if you have to, keep this man's number in your phone.

I’m not normally one to write reviews,but my lawyer, Robert Mancini has done wonders for me, as well as my son over the years, and I feel he truly deserves it. I didn't have the money to retain Rob but he happened to be in the courtroom the same day as my recent case. He went out of his way to approa...ch the district attorney and asked them if they were going to make me an offer, which they were, that offer being probation. I never would have known that, showing up for my case, without a lawyer to represent me. He knew I was in a tough spot financially, and was trying to scrape together the funds to hire him, but rather than having me file for a continuance, and prolong the stress and worry, I was going through, he advised me to go on with my case that day, and there was no need to wait and pay to hire him. If you have any questions just ask, how many lawyers would do that for a client, not one. He knew that if I just went ahead with the case, rather than wait and take my money, that he would be doing what was best for me, and I couldn’t thank Mr. Mancini enough. I will be a client of his for life.

I found Rob on an internet search, and thank God, I did. The charges that were placed against me and what he managed to get those charges down to was unreal. I would recommend Rob for any cases that you may have coming up. He is honest and a hell of an attorney. You will be happy you chose the be...st attorney in Bucks County.
