3 DUIs NO Jail Time

I was in a terrible situation facing up to a year and a half in prison and Mancini got me off with 18 months PROBATION! I had what I believed to be a helpless case. 3 Dui cases that I had been running from for a year or more. I had been picked up for bench warrants when I found Mancini. I believed I... was looking at a year minimum. I knew I needed a lawyer but what I ended up finding was a MIRICLE WORKER! He accepted my case for what I felt to be a VERY reasonable price (I had been quoted at $500 more and up by others). I was bailed out and Mancini advised me on all the steps to take to get the best possible outcome. I had been pre screened for house arrest and was hoping for that as the best possible senario. I went to court and walked out the same day a free woman with only 18 months PROBATION for 3 duis! This is nothing short of a miricle. Mancini is a fair, honest man of integrity and family values. He is personable and very easy to talk to. I highly recommend him to everyone for all their legal issues both large and small. This is definitely "Gun" you want in your corner

Rob Mancini is the best man for the job!!!!

Rob Mancini recently represented my son for his first DUI. This isn't the first time I've needed an attorney for one of my kids' reckless choices, but IT IS the first time that I had an attorney who follows through, who speaks to you directly, who shows care and compassion, who is always reachable, ...who has integrity, who I don't have to stalk to get an update. I know that getting my son on ARD is what any attorney can do for a first time offender, but Rob isn't just ANY attorney. He's there for the long haul, for the hiccups, and ALWAYS talks you through the process. My son and I can't thank him enough for his genuine representation and consistence support.

Second DUI : No jail time

When I met Rob , I was at a very desperate time in my life. I was arrested for my second DUI in Montgomery County. At the time of my second arrest I was under the ARD program and knew all the terms would be revoked. I am 44 years old and have never been in jail and was terrified. Rob was recommended ...to me by my brother- in- law who I respect so I chose Rob. He was very compassionate, recognizing my fear for jail , he was very direct, giving me the best and worst case scenario of my case. I appreciated that because I didn't want any unexpected bumps in the road. Rob honestly cared about me and advised me to seek treatment for my alcoholism. I was hesitant at first but am so happy I followed his direction. I was in court this week and found out that since I took Rob's advice I do not have to go to jail. Not even for one day! Thanks to Rob I have turned my life around, living clean and sober and will not have to be incarcerated. I would recommend him to anyone I know. He always kept me updated in my case, was direct and to the point, financially reasonable and above all what he promised me, actually happened. Rob spoke in away that I could understand , never making me feel intimidated by the courts. I am forever grateful to Rob. If you are looking for a down to earth, highly intelligent lawyer who gets the job done then Rob Mancini is your guy. I don't know how he did it but even the judge said "I very rarely do not give give time for a second DUI, but today I am making an exception. " You could be an "exception" too if you choose Rob to be your lawyer. Thanks again Rob! Your the best!

The only lawyer I trust

When my little brother, who was a minor at the time, caught over 20 felonies and my parents were thinking about hiring a public defender. Given the fact that this was drug case, I knew right away that was not an option and asked some friends who they had represent them in similar cases, and Mancini w...as the answer. Although I was at school on the other side of the state, I called Rob and explained the situation; he was immediately helpful and began working on his case. He was extremely professional and everything he did was on point with what we were expecting, he was even kind enough to keep me informed and communicated with me on all the details considering what was going on. Not once did he ever lie to us or give us false hope, he would make sure we understood the facts of what would probably happen, then work as hard as he could to make sure the results were better than what we were expecting. My brother’s car was confiscated and we needed it back, he told us we might get it back, and we did. We wanted my brother to graduate before he served his sentence, he did what he could and now he is going to graduate. The DA was determined to get my brother to snitch someone out or else he would see jail time, at the end of the case he didn’t tell on anyone and only got 5 years of probation, no jail time. Throughout the case my brother caught additional charges for DUI, intimidation of a witness, and I think fighting, and he still pulled through and made big things happen for my brother. Additionally, a cop who arrested my little brother harassed me at a friend’s house and searched my mom’s car without any probable cause because he recognized my last name, he found paraphernalia for weed (which was mine) and after impounding the car and searching it again found paraphernalia related to opiates in the back seat(which was not mine). This could have ruined my future career but Rob was able to get me a court date when I was home on break, and got me on ARD even though the officer claimed I was only getting ARD if I “worked” for him. Lastly, we barely had any money to our names, but Rob worked with us and made sure we were taken care of. After he knew that we were trying as hard as we could to get money for court fees and everything else, he was very patient and understanding. Although this review is long, I feel it’s important for me to express how thankful I am for everything he has done for my family. If it was not for him, I’m not sure that my brother or I would be able to go far in life. If your case involves a juvenile, drugs, DUI, or anything else that could put a career in danger, then Rob Mancini is your absolute best bet.

2nd offense

I had Mr. Mancini in my criminal justice class a few years ago, and he knows the system well. My Dad had a second offense in Bucks that another lawyer just ignored,he had open bottle of brandy, and was urinating on the side of the road high bl;ood level. Rob got it down to a first offense! 72 hours... Rob returned all my texts and turned my dad on to a great therapist in Warwick. he is the man! Thanks Mancini
