Thank you Rob

Rob assisted our son, with two DUI's, through the court system. He had prompt responses to our question and spoke in understandable language. Made sure our son truly understood the severity of the ordeal and the consequences if old habits continued. Recommend Rob.

Rob came to my nephew's aid when he needed it most!

My nephew was facing a number of serious charges that called for sentencing of 9 months up to 7 years. After some frank discussion, Attorney Mancini developed a plan of action which unfolded a few months later at trial. Rob knew how to work within the guardrails of the system and he ultimately worke...d out a probation program (with credit for minimal time served) that allowed my nephew to get back to putting his life on track. At all times Rob was transparent, he provided necessary explanations and he set clear, reasoanblle expectations. I would highly recommend Attorney Mancini for anyone needing legal representation in Bucks county.

70 grams of heroin

My son had a terrible heroin problem. Like 400$ per day. He was also on state parole for a burglary. Anyway, he got Mancini's name from someone in the jail and said to me that this guy is honest and is not in it for the money. Of course I was sceptical. I have been down the paid lawyer route be...fore. And here is how it works. When you meet them it is all roses. They tell you it is all a big mistake, the cops are lying, they have dinner with DA weekely and the case is going to be dismissed. Then you pay them and the story changes. First they stop returing calls, then they blame someone, then they blame the DA then they blame the Judge, then they want more money, then they plead your son out to 3-6 and say it was a hard case. mancini was totally different. I had to convince HIM to take the case. he actually said I could open the phone book and find someone to 'sell me a fairy tale if I wanted, but he was not that guy" When I went to his office, they were lined up. It seemed like he knew them and genuinly cared about each one.

A lawyer you can count on ....

We contacted Robert when our son was cited for under age drinking because we didn't know what to expect and we didn't want to make a mistake that could damage his future. Robert was very honest with us --- even declining to take our case initially. But, when the circumstances changed he reached o...ut to us and suggested that now there was an opportunity for a more successful outcome. Robert was very consultative and thorough in his explanation of what to expect and when. At the hearing Robert was even better. He was professional and proactive and he represented us and saw that we got a fair deal.

expungement

This is the second time Rob handled a case for me. Just like the first time everything was handled perfectly. He is very easy to talk to and easy to get a hold of with any questions. If your reading this you probably need a lawyer like I did, call Rob.
