How many people do you know that complain about an attorney they have used? They never return my calls, my hearing is coming up and I have no idea whats going on? My attorney charged me thousands as a retainer and I havn't heard from them since. When people are in crisis these are the last attributes... we want in our attorneys. When I met Mr. Mancini I was devastated, desperate and embaressed by the situation my family and myself found ourselves in. Rob was kind, empathetic and easy to talk to and never made me feel like he was judging us. Rob even shared a personal story of his own to try and help make me feel better and it definitely helped put me at ease. The out come of our case was the best possible scenario we could have hoped for. With his expertise and experience he strategized with me and listened to all of my concerns. Rob made his recommendations and never lost site of the fact that he was working for us. He was the first Lawyer I trusted and was truly happy with I will never use another attorney in his field of expertise. His rates are more than fair and definitely well deserved. Now only if he handled custody cases I would truly be a happy camper!!!!

He is one of those people that doesnt need to impress you with smoke and mirrors to get a huge fee out of you. A friend recommended him to me and I was impressed that he didnt seem to look at me (or my son) as a dollar sign. He assessed the case, came to a conclusion and proposed a strategy. In fact..., he did this all before we retained him. So there was no question about who I would hire. It really didn't seem to be about money with him, he seemed to want to get a good outcome, and wasn't trying to give us the hard sell.
