Robert was an amazing lawyer, and also a friend during a very difficult time in my 18 year old sons life. He received a dui, and we were afraid he would not be eligible for ARD, because there was an accident involved and other people in the car. But Robert worked to get him qualified forARD!!! He alw...ays made himself available, and truly cared about what happened to my son!!! He even at a later date helped me with legal advice free of charge!!!!! I came to rob with a very difficult situation. I had a pending DUI in Montgomery county and serious drug felonies in bucks. My situation was not looking good. I hired 3 lawyers previous to try to settle these matters and they left me worried, stressed, and uncomfortable not to mention broke. These la...wyers cost me over 4 times what I would have spent if I had just went to rob in the first place. The best way to review Mancini is to explain what I was actually facing. Police came to my house with a warrant and found a bit under 10lbs of marijuana, 6 firearms, and around 20k in cash. They left with 2 people in cuffs and a few of my assets including my motorcycle and waverunners. At this point in time I was certain I wouldn't be enjoying the liberty of freedom for a very long time. After going through the 3 lawyers that made it seem like they just wanted to take money and have me locked up, I found rob. After I left his office for the consultation I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. He explained to me how he knew everyone in the courthouse and proved it throughout the case. He also isn't one of those lawyers that you have to call 10 times to get a response, he makes you feel like he is always on top of things. When the court date finally came I was still nervous for obvious reasons, but confident that rob would get me the best possible outcome. Rob walked in the courtroom while I sat in the hallway, he came back out mins later and said 'I got the DA to drop all the charges but one, and she has no problem accepting probation.'. I looked at him in disbelief not speaking. His only response was 'Are you good with that?' I nodded yes and walked out of the courthouse free. Just thinking back I didn't have to give anybody up or deal with any police or detectives which is incredible that somebody could be given that outcome with the charges I was facing. Giving all the circumstances I don't think there is any lawyer better than Rob. On top of all that when we went back to court to try to get the property back that was seized, rob got it all back! I didn't even have to go into the courtroom. He is the only lawyer my family, friends, and I will ever use in the future.

My son was facing 5 criminal cases , second dui and third dui plus three more criminal cases. if you have son or a daughter facing a criminal cases this is the guy the you want beside him or her facing the judge, he will be honest and he will do whatever is in his power to get the best deal possible... , My son get off with the best deal possible . Mr. Mancini is absolutely the best Defense Attorney ever. Before Mr. Mancini, at trial was found guilty of misdemeanor counts & was sent to incarceration for a psych eval. My family found out it could take weeks or even months to have one completed. I was also told I could possibly be doing 5 years. ...That's when enough was enough and we realized our current attorney, who was an out-of-county lawyer just did not know what to do. My family called Robert Mancini & hired him. He came to see me at that same day, and got me out of jail within 2 days! I was there for 6 days with the prior lawyer with no progress in sight. He knew everything with the Bucks County system, and was there for us 24/7. His office was right next to the courthouse and the jail, so he was always accessible and close by in case anything needed to happen. Then months later at my sentencing, Mr. Mancini worked a miracle and I was sentenced to 3 months. I could tell the judge and DA really respected him. BUT, Mancini WAS NOT satisfied and did not give up on me even then. He then performed another miracle and the Judge dismissed my 3 months and sentenced me to 3 DAYS in the Men's Community Center with lessened parole & probation. Unbelievable. So thankful & blessed to have Mr. Mancini. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. I trusted him with my life, and he went above and beyond anyones expectations and delivered a miracle. I am back home with my loving family and friends.

We contacted Robert for our 17-year-old son, who was making bad decisions, getting into the drug scene, and in-and-out of detention under a difficult personal situation. Robert visited and met with my son on a regular basis and they quickly made a connection that lead to a positive response. He was... able to “negotiate” terms with the probation officer and court that, we think, has put my son on a positive track.
