Traffic Citation - Points Taken Off

I received a citation for speeding in a 25 mph zone and was looking at 4 points added to my drivers license. Ellis Klein responded promptly to my inquiry , met me in court for my hearing, and was able to completely take off the points. He was able to do exactly what he promised. Thank you Mr. Klein...!

THE BEST

I found Ellis through the internet and he had great reviews. I received a traffic ticket for speeding in a school zone, and my son not being restrained in his seat belt in the backseat. Both charges were ridiculous, but would result in 3 points, and an immediate suspension for a lifetime if I ever go...t caught speeding in a school zone again. I am in a remote position and drive for my job, so this would have possibly put me on probation. I would have fought it myself, but honestly the cop scared me. Ellis was aware of the cop, and didn't sugar coat the situation. When I arrived, he was there to walk me in. Before the trial he spoke with the cop, and somehow managed to have the points removed. The judge was even shocked. Afterwards, he stayed with me, reviewed the paperwork to make sure it was correct and the correct funds were submitted. Ellis is professional, mild mannered and a class act. The cop has a horrible reputation, and it was obvious the respect that the cop had for him. His fee is very reasonable, and didn't seem bothered when I called him a million times(lol). Again, I've heard it used to be easy to just show up yourself and fight tickets. But from the reactions of the people in front of us without a lawyer, things are changing. It's not worth it to go alone. Thank you so much Ellis!

Excellent Attorney

Upon getting a steep speeding ticket, I retained Ellis Klein to represent me and I was never sorry for my choice. He was prompt and personable and answered all my questions clearly. In terms of outcome, his legal ability and contacts got the ticket reduced to far less than I dreamed he could. The right lawyer to hire.

I hired Ellis to represent me for a dui charge. I received his card in the mail along with many others and was very nervous about my choice as one knows it can mean a difference in the conviction. A thorough, professional experience (as a fellow lawyer can attest)

Ellis Klein is diligent, capable, responsive, prompt, and effective. Though I'm a former prosecutor and could have represented myself, when I got a speeding ticket in Bucks County that threatened to put points onto my record I knew I needed to get a traffic lawyer who specialized in that particular ...court. I followed the Avvo ratings and was not disappointed. Mr. Klein and his associates discussed scheduling and the range of likely outcomes and were clear and up front about the fee to be expected. When it was necessary to reschedule the original hearing date, they gave plenty of advance notice and made it clear that I didn't have to show up. And because of his extensive experience and knowledge of the police officers who appear in that court, he was able to get my ticket knocked down to a lower one, avoiding all points and bringing a partial refund of the original fine amount. I couldn't have been happier and would gladly recommend his traffic and criminal-defense services to anyone.
