Highly Recommend Ellis Klein

I was in an automobile accident in Bucks County, ended up being arrested and charged with 3 misdemeanors offenses as a result. I contacted a friend of mine, a Philadelphia based attorney, and told him of the situation. He gave me the number of another attorney who was based in Bucks County, stating t...hat I needed to hire counsel within that area and one who had an excellent reputation within the courts. That attorney was Ellis Klein. I contacted him and was not rushed off the phone. My questions and concerns were listened to and answered honestly and thoughtfully. I felt very comfortable after that initial conversation and made an appointment to meet with Mr. Klein in person the end of that week. After that meeting, I knew I was in good hands. Again, Ellis answered all of my questions, was able to give me some possible scenarios and overall put my mind at ease going forward. If I had to describe my opinion of Mr. Klein after that meeting, the words that come to mind are honest and professional. At my preliminary hearing he was able to get 2 of the 3 charges dropped and we agreed to go to Doylestown for the 3rd without specifically pleading guilty or not guilty. To say I was nervous at this time is an understatement. I am in the medical profession and thus potential licensing repercussions as well as my ability to keep my drivers license (I drive all day for work) and ultimately my job were on the line. Mr. Klein had a plan and explained it clearly and helped me carry it out. He also explained to me that the ideal outcome was a long shot but he would handle the case with the utmost attention. The day of my court date was fast approaching. The day prior Mr. Klein contacted me directly and told me he had spoken with the prosecutor and they were going to plead my case to disorderly conduct (a misdemeanor of the 3rd degree- essentially the lowest possible charge) with no traffic infractions. I was able to keep my drivers license and my job! I am wholly aware if not for Ellis Klein and his highly respected reputation within the courthouse the situation would have turned out entirely different. In short, Ellis Klein is an excellent attorney. He is honest, direct, available, and highly regarded. He does not make empty promises or give you a false sense of hope. I highly recommend Ellis Klein and am forever grateful I retained his counsel to guide me through an extremely difficult and stressful time in my life. Best wishes to all going forward.

Speeding Ticket Dismissal and Reduced Fine

I received a speeding ticket in Bucks County, PA. I immediately called Mr. Klein's office upon receiving a letter from him in the mail about my case. He was very knowledgeable on the phone, but more important, he offered peace of mind as he shared his experiences working with the police and judge in ...the municipality. When I learned of my initial court date, he had it rescheduled because it conflicted with something at work I could not get out of. Upon my court date, Mr. Klein reassured me that everything would work out. My ticket would have been five points on my license. Mr. Klein worked with the police officer and judge, and got my ticket dismissed and fine reduced, as I pleaded guilty to a non moving violation. I recommned Mr. Klein to anyone in Bucks County, PA who needs an attorney. As a former district attorney, he knows the people in the law enforcement and judicial system and he knows how to put his clients at ease. I hope I never need an attorney again. If I do, for any legal matter, Mr. Klein will be the first person I call.

HONESTY IS WHY WE CHOSE ELLIS!

I was in a very bad situation, made pretty bad mistakes! I visited with a few lawyers to see who could help me best and who I really felt wasn't after money and thought I was just another case! I met with Ellis a bit before my hearing and he told me what he thought, told me that IF THERE WAS A CHANCE... THE BEST OUTCOME MAY HAPPEN, THEN HE WOULD FIGHT FOR THAT CHANCE!! That is exactly what Ellis did, he made promises which were he would fight for me and do everything in his power to help me, and that's what he did! He saved me from a terrible mistake I made, he made me feel I deserved another chance and he got that for me! Everything that Ellis told us in our consultation is everything that he did! He did not make any promises, just told up our best and worst case scenario's! He followed up with me through out the day of court, kept me in the loop constantly, and made sure I knew what he was doing and what his next move was going to be! As I already said, Ellis is an HONEST, STRAIGHT FORWARD, KIND, UNDERSTANDING FIGHTER! He fought and won for me! He will do the same for you! Thank You so much Ellis!!

Great Lawyer Great Outcome

I had hired Ellis as my lawyer for two cases involving marijuana . I found Ellis to be very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to explain the charges against me in a way which was easy to understand. He was compassionate and encouraging but also very honest about possible penalties . For...tunately, with Ellis's help, the charges in both cases were able to be expunged. I feel lucky to have been given another chance.

In 2014 I was charged with shoplifting.
