Excellent Attorney

Ellis took care of my case without even needing me to go to court! He reduced my penalties to include 0 points and a much lesser fine. He did exactly what he told me he would do without taking up much of my time. I'd highly recommend!

Best in town

Hands down Ellis is the best there is. We used him on a previous case and he got that case dismissed with just a citation. Now we hired him again for a 2nd offense DUI with ARD violation. Not only did he keep us calm and tried to give us as much information as possible about what may happen, but he g...ot us house arrest instead of jail time he also was able to get us an extension for living arrangements. We first hired another DUI lawyer before coming to Ellis and he did not give us half of the information we needed to know. If not for Ellis giving us the information we needed the result could have been a lot worse. There are no worries when hiring Ellis. No matter what you know you are always in good hands. I can't rave enough about Ellis.

The Best Choice in Bucks County

I had gotten a DUI and, having never had any experience with the legal process, I was very nervous and afraid of what was going to happen. Having received notice of the violation while away on vacation, I came home to a huge pile of mail from attorneys from all over the state offering their services.... Ellis was included in that pile but in addition to the letter he provided much more information than anyone else, including a pamphlet on DUI's. I immediately called him and he walked me through the process in a very calming and reassuring way. He listened to the whole story. After speaking with him I was confident that I had made the right decision in retaining him for my case. I was initially turned down for the ARD program but Ellis spoke to the arresting officer and he was willing to speak to the District Attorney on my behalf in favor of my being allowed ARD. He also spoke to the District Attorney and convinced him to call the police officer about the case. As a result of his Ellis's efforts, I did get into ARD. If you find yourself in a legal situation I strongly recommend Ellis. He knows Bucks County, the court system, the police departments and the judges in the area and is able to get the best possible outcome for everyone. He is super responsive and returns your calls, giving you as much time and information as you need be able to sleep at night. You can trust that your case is in the best hands with Ellis Klein.

Very Glad I Chose Ellis

I was charged with my second DUI and used Avvo to search for lawyers. I found Ellis and shot him an email, hoping we could speak. He was prompt and accommodating and scheduled a time to hear my story one weekend. I explained what had happened and he blatantly told me what consequences I was facing an...d what my best options were. Hesitant to make a choice, I looked into another lawyer, and met with him. This other lawyer pretty much tried to scare me into hiring him. He proceeded to tell me I was facing definite jail time, along with horror stories of what jail is like to try to get some kind of horrified reaction out of me. With such an important decision to make, I was torn. I read Ellis's reviews, and there's definitely a reason there are so many positive reviews! I'm sincerely glad I chose him. He always told me all of the scenarios but also maintained the mentality that he was going to get me the best possible outcome. And that he did! Instead of 90 days in jail and 18 months of license suspension, I received 10 days of house arrest and 12 months of license suspension. Ellis truly knows what he's doing and knows how to treat his clients. I was very scared so I had a lot of dumb questions, and he very promptly answered them all. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help and guidance with a DUI situation.
