DUI Support

I had a difficult DUI case to defend, Ellis Klein provided the genuine effort and superior strategic planning skills that I desperately needed. Ellis dug in and worked with me on an effective plan. HONESTY IS WHY WE CHOSE ELLIS!

I was in a very bad situation, made pretty bad mistakes! I visited with a few lawyers to see who could help me best and who I really felt wasn't after money and thought I was just another case! I met with Ellis a bit before my hearing and he told me what he thought, told me that IF THERE WAS A CHANCE... THE BEST OUTCOME MAY HAPPEN, THEN HE WOULD FIGHT FOR THAT CHANCE!! That is exactly what Ellis did, he made promises which were he would fight for me and do everything in his power to help me, and that's what he did! He saved me from a terrible mistake I made, he made me feel I deserved another chance and he got that for me! Everything that Ellis told us in our consultation is everything that he did! He did not make any promises, just told up our best and worst case scenario's! He followed up with me through out the day of court, kept me in the loop constantly, and made sure I knew what he was doing and what his next move was going to be! As I already said, Ellis is an HONEST, STRAIGHT FORWARD, KIND, UNDERSTANDING FIGHTER! He fought and won for me! He will do the same for you! Thank You so much Ellis!!

Ellis got me a better outcome than i could have ever hoped for

I just got home from my hearing today and I could not be happier with the outcome of my case. I was facing a felony charge for marijuana and Ellis was able to negotiate my charges down to misdemeanors. I ended up with only 6 months probation. All i can say is Ellis saved my butt. Thank you so much El...lis!

Highly recommended!!

I revived a packet from Ellis after receiving a dui. I have never been in trouble before this event and was obviously nervous. I had a meeting and Ellis reassured me he would be able to handle my case. He went out of his way to talk to me before the court hearing knowing I had anxiety and helped calm... my nerves. He got me ard and it is now all off of my record. Highly recommended to anyone needing great advise!
