DUI

Against all odds, my husband received the minimum sentence with house arrest for 90 days, rather than 1 year in jail. Ellis was worth every penny we paid. Great Job

I hird Ellis to represent me to contest a 4-point speeding ticket. He was able to have the speeding charge removed and reduced the charge to a non-moving, zero point violation. It was well worth the cost.

Timely & efficient

Professional excellence from beginning to end

My experience was excellent from start to finish in my speeding ticket case. In my initial phone contact there was no attempt to limit the discussion because I hadn't yet retained Ellis's services. The process was also explained fully and clearly. His office was very efficient and friendly. I usually... defend myself in these situations but I felt so strongly about the entrapment that had occurred in this particular instance that I did not want to lose. That is why I decided to obtain counsel. Ellis was awesome on the day of the hearing. He was polite and thorough in leading us through the negotiations, hearing, and ultimate reduction in my offense. Ellis negotiated a reduction that took away any points on my record as well as a reduction in the fine. He was professional, courteous and respectful. He never talked down to me. It was a great service experience that was well worth my retaining Ellis's services.

Excellent Lawyer

Ellis Klein handled my case with great professionalism and expertise. Thanks to Ellis I was granted ARD and spent no time in jail.
