Exceptional Attorney

I hired Ellis Klein after several weeks of intense research and interviews with attorneys. This was my second DUI and I needed someone very familiar with the laws and who had a great relationship with officers, magistrates and judges and who was respected and had a good reputation as well. Ellis wa...s that attorney. From the moment I spoke to him and his assistant Lindsay, I knew I was in good hands. They were always there to answer my questions and calm my fears. Ellis knew exactly how to handle this case allowing us to achieve the best possible outcome which included zero time in prison, the minimum amount in fines, lowest possible period on House Arrest, and the ability to receive the Interlock Ignition system after halfway through the suspension period of my license. A++ lawyer

What a great lawyer! Completely truthful and helpful with everything! Got me ARD when I was being charged with a felony. Got my life back thanks to him. Always there to talk, weather it was phone or text. If busy he got back to ASAP! Would recommend to anyone!

Traffic violation

I used Ellis as my lawyer for a traffic violation that I had received. The violation came with a loss of license for two months. Ellis was very upfront with me about my chances of appealing this charge. He made my case very personal with the DA and because of his close relationships was able to ge...t the violation reduced. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am that I retained Ellis B. Klein. He was compassionate and kept me informed as he was working with the police and the DA. His former experience as a prosecutor and the relationships he has with many in the court system, helped me tremendously. I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance with a traffic related offense.

DUI? Well now you have to own it.

You may be reading this because you caught DUI, plain and simple. Nobody deliberately starts their day planning to do it but sometimes we slide into our mistakes and now we have to own them. What you don’t need at this point is an attorney who tells you what you want to hear but tells you truthfully ...what you need to know and what to expect. Ellis Klien is that kind of an attorney. I’ve watched him as he interacts with arresting officers, clerks, magistrates and judges and he gives respect and elicits their’s. That’s the same kind of respect he and his assistant Lindsay will give to you as a client. There are no surprises after he explains something to you. The courts have heard all of the excuses so many times. There are no “secret” tricks to this, just good solid representation. So if you find yourself in the justice system for a DUI or any other vehicle violation, stop shopping and call him. I highly recommend him.

DUI Case

I retained Ellis Klein to represent a family member in a DUI case. Mr. Klein provided excellent advise and kept us informed of each phase of the legal process from beginning to end.
