Traffic violation

I used Ellis as my lawyer for a traffic violation that I had received. The violation came with a loss of license for two months. Ellis was very upfront with me about my chances of appealing this charge. He made my case very personal with the DA and because of his close relationships was able to ge...t the violation reduced. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am that I retained Ellis B. Klein. He was compassionate and kept me informed as he was working with the police and the DA. His former experience as a prosecutor and the relationships he has with many in the court system, helped me tremendously. I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance with a traffic related offense.

DUI in Bucks County, PA

Ellis Klein represented me recently in a DUI case in Bucks County, PA. This was a new experience for me and Ellis walked me through it and handled the entire case quite professionally. He explained everything to me from the beginning and along the way, helping me understand the law, the process, and ...what to expect. All of Ellis' expectations turned out to be accurate. He treated me with respect and never showed any sign of being judgmental. He also minimized my involvement in the proceedings as much as possible, and worked successfully to ensure I received the minimum penalty under the circumstances. His office staff was available every time I needed to make contact, and he returned my calls promptly when out of the office. Finally, I thought his fees were reasonable and his services well worth the amount paid.

Saved my RN license

A tragic twist of fate led me to Mr. Klien when my previous attny. passed away suddenly. Miracle worker!!!!

Mr. Klein was amazing! I had misdemeanor cases in separate counties. He got one dropped to a summary and even though I had a little blemish from another state years ago he was able to get me ARD on the second case. These results just don’t happen! His fees were reasonable and he always remained in c...ontact with me throughout all of the court dates. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get the best possible outcome on their case. Additionally, he doesn’t make you unrealistic promises or give you ill advise. Trust me... you can’t go wrong hiring him! Good luck!

Honest and forthright and well worth the money

Ellis was realistic in gauging expectations and possible outcomes from Day 1. Fortunately things worked out as well as they could have given my situation. This was my second DUI offense in 3 years. Ellis sat with me on a few occasions and talked with me about our strategic approach in respect to my c...ase. Having a lawyer like Ellis on my side was a huge benefit and I am glad I chose him to represent me. He is well known and respected in Bucks county PA and has been practicing for 20+ years. He knows all the judges/prosecutors and will give you sound advice on how to proceed with your case. He will advise you on what to do to help your case and is always there for you.
