A thorough, professional experience (as a fellow lawyer can attest)

Ellis Klein is diligent, capable, responsive, prompt, and effective. Though I'm a former prosecutor and could have represented myself, when I got a speeding ticket in Bucks County that threatened to put points onto my record I knew I needed to get a traffic lawyer who specialized in that particular ...court. I followed the Avvo ratings and was not disappointed. Mr. Klein and his associates discussed scheduling and the range of likely outcomes and were clear and up front about the fee to be expected. When it was necessary to reschedule the original hearing date, they gave plenty of advance notice and made it clear that I didn't have to show up. And because of his extensive experience and knowledge of the police officers who appear in that court, he was able to get my ticket knocked down to a lower one, avoiding all points and bringing a partial refund of the original fine amount. I couldn't have been happier and would gladly recommend his traffic and criminal-defense services to anyone.

Your #1 pick

Ellis Klein was the best representation I could ask for. I received a first offense DUI in addition to going 85 mph in a 55 mph zone. With his experience and connections Ellis was able to get the speeding charge dropped, as well as a careless driving charge, and disregarding traffic lane. The kic...ker came when it was time for my preliminary hearing. I am not proud to say that I woke up unintentionally late for my hearing, in fact 15 minutes after I was scheduled to be there. I freaked out and called Ellis, he handled the situation and no harm was done. This doesn't mean you should skip out on your hearing, DO NOT MISS YOUR PRELIMINARY HEARING. Also, if he doesn't get back to you RIGHT AWAY do NOT be alarmed. He's a very busy man and has many clients, because he's the best. All in all I am HIGHLY satisfied with Mr. Klein's work and would happily seek his council if needed in the future.

Great traffic ticket lawyer

I had a 35+ MPH traffic ticket which would result in 5 points and the loss of my license Ellis Klein got the ticket reduced to 10 MPH over the speed limit and I only received 2 points. He did a great job and I am extremely grateful for his services.

Very Understanding, Great Listener, Smart Lawyer

A true blessing, that I hired Ellis Klein as my lawyer. Ellis Klein treated me and my husband with respect. Mr. Klein was very understanding and listened to everything I said. I was not sure I should hire a lawyer or not. but I am so very happy I did. I was so scared, so nervous and did not know an...ything about traffic laws. Mr. Klein was very caring about my well being and my case. Mr. Klein explained everything so clearly and told me how the system works. He is so knowledgeable about the law, very smart man. He calmed my nerves so much, and I am very grateful. He came to court and told me everything that was going on & what will happen. He spoke with the officer and was able to speak in my half to get a deal for no points and a small fine. Which saved me financially and saved my reputation in the community. Again, I am extremely grateful and appreciative of his professionalism with my case. I highly recommend Ellis Klein.

Mr. Ellis helped me to retain my drivers license when I was issued several traffic citations by a very unprofessional PA State police officer. Mr. Ellis was knowledgeable of the situation, and worked professionally and effectively to have the tickets reduced and/or dismissed.
