Professional excellence from beginning to end

My experience was excellent from start to finish in my speeding ticket case. In my initial phone contact there was no attempt to limit the discussion because I hadn't yet retained Ellis's services. The process was also explained fully and clearly. His office was very efficient and friendly. I usually... defend myself in these situations but I felt so strongly about the entrapment that had occurred in this particular instance that I did not want to lose. That is why I decided to obtain counsel. Ellis was awesome on the day of the hearing. He was polite and thorough in leading us through the negotiations, hearing, and ultimate reduction in my offense. Ellis negotiated a reduction that took away any points on my record as well as a reduction in the fine. He was professional, courteous and respectful. He never talked down to me. It was a great service experience that was well worth my retaining Ellis's services.

Helped reduce speeding ticket

My daughter received a speeding ticket in a neighboring county. Her first offense, but knew that points on her license at age 20 could mean substantial penalty fees on my car insurance. Not only dis Mr. Klein get the 4 points reduced to zero, I actually received a partial refund from the county on th...e cost of the ticket. Thank you, Mr. Klein.

Highly Recommend Ellis Klein

I was in an automobile accident in Bucks County, ended up being arrested and charged with 3 misdemeanors offenses as a result. I contacted a friend of mine, a Philadelphia based attorney, and told him of the situation. He gave me the number of another attorney who was based in Bucks County, stating t...hat I needed to hire counsel within that area and one who had an excellent reputation within the courts. That attorney was Ellis Klein. I contacted him and was not rushed off the phone. My questions and concerns were listened to and answered honestly and thoughtfully. I felt very comfortable after that initial conversation and made an appointment to meet with Mr. Klein in person the end of that week. After that meeting, I knew I was in good hands. Again, Ellis answered all of my questions, was able to give me some possible scenarios and overall put my mind at ease going forward. If I had to describe my opinion of Mr. Klein after that meeting, the words that come to mind are honest and professional. At my preliminary hearing he was able to get 2 of the 3 charges dropped and we agreed to go to Doylestown for the 3rd without specifically pleading guilty or not guilty. To say I was nervous at this time is an understatement. I am in the medical profession and thus potential licensing repercussions as well as my ability to keep my drivers license (I drive all day for work) and ultimately my job were on the line. Mr. Klein had a plan and explained it clearly and helped me carry it out. He also explained to me that the ideal outcome was a long shot but he would handle the case with the utmost attention. The day of my court date was fast approaching. The day prior Mr. Klein contacted me directly and told me he had spoken with the prosecutor and they were going to plead my case to disorderly conduct (a misdemeanor of the 3rd degree- essentially the lowest possible charge) with no traffic infractions. I was able to keep my drivers license and my job! I am wholly aware if not for Ellis Klein and his highly respected reputation within the courthouse the situation would have turned out entirely different. In short, Ellis Klein is an excellent attorney. He is honest, direct, available, and highly regarded. He does not make empty promises or give you a false sense of hope. I highly recommend Ellis Klein and am forever grateful I retained his counsel to guide me through an extremely difficult and stressful time in my life. Best wishes to all going forward.

The lawyer who gets it done right and makes the impossible happen

Ellis was a fantastic lawyer who I used on two different occasions. One a speeding violation where I could have lost my license and then more importantly a theft charge that could have affected my entire future. I was in a weird position and could not apply for ARD, but Ellis took the time to find a ...program for me that was like ARD which expunged my record and allowed me to live my life again. He represented me in a very sofisticated way and I felt protected the whole way through. Ellis and his secretary were great through the whole process. If I ever had a question I received a call ASAP from Ellis personally. He was very reassuring and knowledgable. I would recommend Ellis Klein 100%!
