Out of State Speeding Ticket

I received a speeding in excess of 16 MPH ticket in PA. I was concerned with getting points on my license I began contacting lawyers, especially as NJ resident as most out of state moving violation transfers as 2 points automatically. Ellis was able to demote the speeding ticket to one which was ...no points and did not transfer to NJ, also with a reduced fine compared to the speeding ticket. What was even better was that Ellis was able to serve in my absence, so I did not have to take a day off from work to hike up to PA and back. I originally contacted Ellis after looking for lawyers the day I got the ticket. Ellis contacted me quickly, was honest about how he could help me, and gave good advice before I had even retained him. I was happy to retain him, and he was even readily available when I called him before the trial for some questions and concerns I had. I recommend absolutely, as Ellis was able to get me the best outcome I was hoping for.

Traffic Violation

Mr. Klein did as promised no points were taken off my Commercial Drivers License. He kept in contact with me throughout the process, responded quickly to my calls & I didn't even have to go into court with him. Very professional I highly recommend him.

Fantastic lawyer in every aspect

Had a failed stop sign charge put up on me by the local police. I had received correspondence from this lawyer's office prior, which led me to look into him more. Found some really awesome reviews about him/his practice so I decided to give him a try since I did not want any more points on my driving... record/we had recently bumped back down to more affordable car insurance after a year of paying nearly double a premium that we were used to paying. Found him to be an awesome lawyer. Great prompt communication, knowledge about traffic court workings/options on how to proceed, and getting the most ideal result for you at a reasonable price. Even though I wasn't able to attend my hearing since I was scheduled to work the same day which it was scheduled, he represented me on my behalf that day & was able to bump it down to a 0-point non moving violation. As such, glowing reviews of him are highly justified. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for representation. Thanks again!

A truly knowledgeable and professional lawyer.

Great lawyer!

had a speeding ticket in my town, was going 19 above, first violation though. my license IS my job decided to get a lawyer, found Ellis - let me tell you...money very well spent. not only he was very professional and courteous, he got my entire violation dismissed, hopefully, I will never need ...his services again but if I will, that will 110% be Ellis Klein. thank you, sir!!!
