Very helpful

I asked a question here about a school bus (civil) ticket my wife received in the mail. Mr. Klein was quick to answer my question and gave me some great advice that helped the case get dismissed. If I ever need legal counsel in the future, I know where to go. Thank you.

An attorney who listens and cares

I hired Mr. Klein for a DUI case. He was extremely helpful with my case. He took the time to meet with me before my preliminary hearing and explained every step of the process and all possible outcomes. He was patient with all of my questions and concerns. Before my final hearing with the judge, he e...xplained again all possible outcomes. It’s very clear that he’s handled many cases and knows that each case is different. He was kind and respectful to both me and my husband, as we had no idea what to expect. I would recommend him to any friend or family member who is facing something similar.

Moving Violation

I contacted Mr. Klein after I was sited for (slowly running) through a stop sign. The potential fines for the offense included both monetary and points against my license. I hired Mr. Klein based on his experience with this type of case and was able to attend court in my place, thus eliminating the... need for me to miss work as court times were only in the middle of the day, and have the charges reduced to a non-moving violation thus eliminating the points. From a personal standpoint, Mr. Klein was extremely helpful and quick to return calls of email. I would definitely use Mr. Klein again in the future should the need arise.

Look no further...

If it hadn't been for Ellis who pointed out that I was at risk for amassing points on my license and a subsequent increase in my insurance rate, I would never have thought to contest my moving violation charge. Ellis and his office staff made everything simple. One phone call and all my questions wer...e answered. Ellis even pointed out that if my points were reduced my fine would also be less. But best of all I didn't have to appear in court. Thanks to Ellis' expertise and knowledge of the system, no points were awarded to me and my insurance company was not notified of my moving violation. Trust me, Ellis is the one to call if you get a traffic violation.
