DUI? Well now you have to own it.

You may be reading this because you caught DUI, plain and simple. Nobody deliberately starts their day planning to do it but sometimes we slide into our mistakes and now we have to own them. What you don’t need at this point is an attorney who tells you what you want to hear but tells you truthfully ...what you need to know and what to expect. Ellis Klien is that kind of an attorney. I’ve watched him as he interacts with arresting officers, clerks, magistrates and judges and he gives respect and elicits their’s. That’s the same kind of respect he and his assistant Lindsay will give to you as a client. There are no surprises after he explains something to you. The courts have heard all of the excuses so many times. There are no “secret” tricks to this, just good solid representation. So if you find yourself in the justice system for a DUI or any other vehicle violation, stop shopping and call him. I highly recommend him.

The right lawyer to hire.

I hired Ellis to represent me for a dui charge. I received his card in the mail along with many others and was very nervous about my choice as one knows it can mean a difference in the conviction. Ellis is very knowledgable and upfront about your charges and what you could face. I am beyond please...d with his representation. He has been very kind and sympathetic in these hard times. I Highly recommend Ellis

Honest and forthright and well worth the money

Ellis was realistic in gauging expectations and possible outcomes from Day 1. Fortunately things worked out as well as they could have given my situation. This was my second DUI offense in 3 years. Ellis sat with me on a few occasions and talked with me about our strategic approach in respect to my c...ase. Having a lawyer like Ellis on my side was a huge benefit and I am glad I chose him to represent me. He is well known and respected in Bucks county PA and has been practicing for 20+ years. Excellent Results!

I was supposed to have my license suspended several times due to Pennsylvania's point system for moving violations. As a result of having hired Ellis, I never had my license suspended nor did I even have to appear at the hearings when Ellis represented me!
