The absolute best

Let me save you a lot of reading. I have read most of the reviews below this one. Every one of them is a strong recommendation of Ellis Klein, and for good reason - he is the absolute best. Ellis helped us with the arrest of a family member on drug charges. The charges carried severe penalties. ...Ellis helped our family member to gain admission into drug court, where upon successful (fingers crossed) completion, charges will be reduced to misdemeanors. Throughout the very long process of getting to this outcome, Ellis was just fantastic. In addition to providing wonderful legal representation, he was compassionate and understanding of the family dynamics involved. Some of you may have had the experience of finding that perfect doctor when a family member is critically ill. Ellis Klein is that perfect lawyer. Your search is over.

Best lawyer in this field

I received Ellis’ letter when I needed legal help desperately. I went to this website and found very impressive comments on him, which made me decide to hire Ellis to represent me for my legal case. The whole process and the ending story of my case proved that all those amazing reviews are true. Elli...s successfully got the criminal charge dropped due to his great work and his relationship with the officer. I don’t think anyone esle can do a better job than Ellis in handling my case. He is a very knowledgable and experienced lawyer and also a thoughtful and honest gentleman. I feel very comfortable to communicate and work with him. He made a detailed analysis on my case and proposed several strategies which turned out working very well for my case. I am so luck to know Ellis when I need legal help and having him to handle my case is the best decision I have ever made. Ellis is always there for his clients and always responses to questions very quickly. He likes to take challenges and fights for every chance that can lead to the best result for his clients. Thank You

Ellis literally gave me a new lease on life. I was facing a DUI, which would have affected my livelihood,my freedom and which would have left me with a criminal record. It would have been impossible to find gainful employment with a criminal record. Mr. Klein was able to have all the evidence suppres...sed and the conviction overturned by challenging the officers cause for pulling me over.He was very thorough, leaving no stone unturned. His demeanor in court was confident and knowledgeable. In a commonwealth of mandatory minimums he was my only hope. He saved my reputation and my family from facing serious economic hardship. Cannot Thank Ellis Enough!

I hired Ellis 6 months ago for my DUI case. He suggested ARD, as this was a first offence. He instructed I simply do alcohol related evaluations and other such classes along with community service. Once completed, we appeared before the judge, and I was granted pardon for my dreadful mistake. I will... be on non-reporting probation for 1 year, and then the DUI vanishes completely off my record. I never plead guilty to the DUI and reserve the right to honestly state I have never been convicted of any crime, etc. on work related applications. Without the help of Ellis, my nursing dreams would have instead come to an abrupt and devastating end. Ellis was not only extremely knowledgeable, but very reassuring throughout the whole process. Given the exceptional service and representation, I would say he was more than reasonable with pricing. He, and his representatives, work tentatively to answer any and all questions, even after business hours! I can confidently say I suggest none other than Ellis to represent you, in the case of a DUI. I have even since then referred close family friends to his office. I can't thank Ellis enough for his services, for representing me, and for continuously keeping in touch throughout the terrifying process. IF YOU BY CHANCE SEE THIS, THANK YOU AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING!

An attorney who truly cares about his clients.

I received a letter from Mr. Klein's office after I was released on bail following an arrest for a robbery charge. It was my first offense, yet it was a very serious crime that carried up to 10 years in prison. Prior to contacting Ellis, I applied for a public defender because my family and I did not... have the money to hire a personal attorney. The public defender I spoke to seemed very careless and told me I was most likely facing a maximum of 5 years in state prison and that my best case scenario would be 6 months to 2 years county time. I then decided to open the letter I received from Mr. Klein's office. After just one meeting with Ellis I knew that it was in my best interest to have this man represent me. He was very reasonable and understanding, and quite knowledgeable in criminal defense. He made no promises, but assured me that he would do everything in his power to help me through this difficult time in my life. And he sure did deliver. Not only did he have great suggestions to help me as a person, he also briefed me on what I could do to help my own case. We worked out a payment plan that he was very flexible and understanding with and to this day it was the best money I've ever spent in my life. He contacted me regularly to update me on changes, dates, case facts, etc. His staff was also very kind and courteous and always made me comfortable whenever I had to be at his office. And anytime I had questions or concerns, he was always available to answer whatever he could. Ellis was also hands on and personally involved in every aspect of my case. He did not delegate the work to another attorney like some other places do. Mr. Klein's expertise and experience was enormously crucial to my case and I would hate to think how things would have turned out if I had not opened his letter. When it was all said and done, I was given 1 year of probation. Quite a difference from the 6-24 months in prison the public defender had me hoping for. Ellis also ensured that my felony charges were dropped to less serious misdemeanors which will no doubt help me in my future. No words can express how grateful I am for Mr. Klein and all the hard work he put in to help me through such a difficult time in my life. A kind, respectful, and sympathetic man with a vast knowledge of the law. If you are truly concerned with your rights and freedom then you will not make the mistake of gambling with other attorneys and choose Ellis B. Klein to defend you.
