Good lawyer to hire for a car accident hearing-I recommend him highly

I am glad I hired Ellis B. Klein to represent me for a car accident hearing. After the accident I didn't know which lawyer to hire. You can spend a lot of time calling around interviewing lawyers and then still be unsure who will do the best job for you. A day or two after the accident the office ...of Ellis B. Klein contacted me through a letter offering their services. The letter indicated that Ellis has a lot of experience over the years and understands both sides of an accident. I contacted Ellis and I found him to be cordial and knowledgeable. His fees seemed reasonable and he was prompt in responding. During the day of the hearing, he was friendly, professional, and thorough in explaining the process and the situation as he saw it. His legal expertise and advice was beneficial in helping resolve my situation. Both before and during the hearing, he exhibited his professional skills. My wife was also appreciative of his help. Both my wife and I would recommend him highly and would use him again.

Be represented by the best!

When I was arrested for DUI, I was referred to Mr. Ellis Klein by a family member who consulted with several attorneys and retained Ellis. He was very happy with the outcome Ellis achieved on his behalf. He specifically was impressed with how professional, polished, and knowledgable Ellis is. My ...case was more complicated than my relative's case, however, I heard such good things about Ellis that I decided to retain him immediately. Having a trusted advisor at a time like this is priceless. During every interaction I had with Ellis, he treated me with respect, warmth, and compassion. Ellis earned my trust quickly. He was almost always available when I called. When he was in court or with another client, he returned my calls/emails the same day and often within an hour. He explained every step of the process but because I was so overwhelmed and not absorbing everything immediately, I often asked him to repeat information. Ellis was extremely patient and took the time to make sure I understood what was happening now and what to expect next. During my court appearances, I observed how Ellis interacted with judges, police officers, ADAs, court personnel, etc...He clearly is well respected and has very good relationships within the legal community. Ellis' technical expertise is impressive, however, what sets him apart from other attorneys is his well developed professional network...this is a critical attribute when someone is representing you! Seeing how well regarded Ellis is by the people in a position to decide my fate inspired me with confidence in my decision to work with Ellis. As Ellis predicted, I was originally turned down for ARD. This meant I would lose my license for a year, have a record (which would impact my career), and spend time in jail. The prospect of going to jail distressed me the most. Mr. Klein was direct and honest with me. He did not promise anything other than to work diligently on my behalf. I was grateful that Ellis did not make false promises. Ellis encouraged me to appeal my ARD denial. Although I didn't have hope for a positive outcome and wanted to accept the decision, Ellis was the voice of reason and followed up with me to submit an appeal. I am so glad that I listened to my trusted advisor...my denial was overturned and I was granted ARD! This was an outcome far better than I expected. Nothing short of a miracle!! Ellis advocated tirelessly on my behalf when I wanted to give up. He took steps to ensure the court treated me as an individual and not just another file on the DA's desk. I would not have fought as hard for myself as Ellis fought for me. I would not have gotten the results I did on my own or with another attorney. I saw first hand that Ellis stands out from his peers. The only reason I avoided jail time is because Ellis represented me. If you are charged with a DUI, do not try to navigate this process on your own. Do not hire an attorney who is abrasive and/or doesn't have a good relationship with the people who will be deciding your case. Once you've made the right decision to retain Ellis, do these three things... 1. Listen to everything he says. 2. Follow his instructions. 3. Take comfort in the fact you are being represented by THE BEST!

DUI

Against all odds, my husband received the minimum sentence with house arrest for 90 days, rather than 1 year in jail. Ellis was worth every penny we paid. If he does not answer his phone immediately, he returns calls promptly. He kept us informed and prepared us for trial. If you are facing DUI, ...Ellis is your guy!! Thank you Ellis.

Professional excellence from beginning to end

My experience was excellent from start to finish in my speeding ticket case. In my initial phone contact there was no attempt to limit the discussion because I hadn't yet retained Ellis's services. The process was also explained fully and clearly. His office was very efficient and friendly. I usually... defend myself in these situations but I felt so strongly about the entrapment that had occurred in this particular instance that I did not want to lose. That is why I decided to obtain counsel. Ellis was awesome on the day of the hearing. He was polite and thorough in leading us through the negotiations, hearing, and ultimate reduction in my offense. Ellis negotiated a reduction that took away any points on my record as well as a reduction in the fine. He was professional, courteous and respectful. He never talked down to me. It was a great service experience that was well worth my retaining Ellis's services.

Excellent Lawyer

Ellis Klein handled my case with great professionalism and expertise. Thanks to Ellis I was granted ARD and spent no time in jail. He walked me through the entire process and made sure I was completely prepared for any and all outcomes, but thanks to his capabilities as a lawyer I didn't face the con...sequences that I could have for my mistake.
