The Right Choice

I can’t say enough about how happy I am to have had Ellis Klein as my representation. I was facing a situation of uncertainty that could have cost me my career, house, relationships, and more. Ellis showed true professionalism, knowledge, and respect. I went into the situation figuring that someo...ne in his profession would be jaded and each case was just a number. Ellis proved me wrong right from the get-go. He took the time to listen to all of the details, answer my repeated questions, and most importantly provided me honest answers. He didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear so he could earn a client. I trusted Ellis’ guidance and followed his instruction. I had my whole life hanging in the balance. Prompt, courteous, and professional help.

I received a letter from Mr Klein’s office after receiving a traffic citation that was issued to me by mistake. I emailed Mr. Klein and he responded quickly with a phone call to me. He was considerate, easy to talk with, and listened to my questions. He was able to help me contact the Officer who ...issued the citation and provide the correct paperwork and proof necessary to dismiss the citation and have it withdrawn from court. This problem was resolved quickly which helped to alleviate the distress I was feeling by being falsely charged with a traffic violation. I am grateful to Mr. Klein for his prompt and professional help.

Ellis saved my life!

In February 2017 I was charged with my 2nd DUI in less than 10 years. First time I had ARD, my BAC was .09 so I didn't lose my license,paid a fine and did community service. A slap on the wrist. This time I almost hit a police officer with my car and my BAC was .144 . The penalties changed over the ...past 6 years so I was facing a minimum month in jail, 1 year license suspension and 1 year interlock. What brought me to Ellis was his informative brochure. He told me if I did what he told me to do, I had a good chance of a positive outcome. He told me to stop drinking, go to AA and find a sponser. I followed his instructions and finally went to court in December. I received a month of house arrest, and because of the new law that passed in August I got a year suspension with eligibility of interlock at 6 months. My fines and court fees were minimal. I was able to keep my job since I didn't go to jail. I also will be 11 months sober tomorrow. My life has done a total 360. I learned from my mistake and I took Ellis seriously. Now I will never have to deal with a situation like this again in my life. Thank you Ellis! You've helped me change my life for the better. You were always honest so I knew exactly what cards could have been dealt. I came out with a winning hand. ✌

Couldn't be happier..

Received two speeding tickets within a 2 week period of time - 58 in a 35 and 95 in a 70.. I already have a couple points on my license and was staring at a license suspension and/or classes. Received a letter in the mail from Ellis who saw my 25mph over the limit moving violation. Hired him for b...oth cases. Not only did he get my points reduced to ZERO for each ticket, but had the moving violations reduced and I was sent over $50 in refund checks. To take it one step further, I signed a waiver for each case and didn't even have to show up for the court dates. It is very clear that his years of experience and relationships/reputation with almost every officer and judge in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas is excellent.

Outstanding experience

After doing an online search for lawyers in Bucks County, I made several calls and decided to make an appointment to meet with Ellis Klein. His office was responsive and gave us a priority appointment as we expressed it was a time sensitive matter. Our son had been involved in a criminal matter so be...fore our meeting, I familiarized myself with his practice by reading through his website. I learned that he had extensive experience in criminal defense and I was encouraged by his numerous positive reviews. Upon our first meeting, we were so impressed with his knowledge, demeanor and capability to handle the case that we decided to hire Ellis that day. We were offered an affordable rate and a flexible payment plan, which was much appreciated as well. From day one, Ellis made himself available and advised us in all matters relating to my son’s case. Through his guidance, he connected us with a forensic psychiatrist that was able to help our son immensely with other factors related to the case. Any time we had questions or concerns we were so grateful to always get a timely response from Ellis and we always felt that he genuinely cared. After months of work on the case we were elated when Ellis was able to negotiate dropping several of the most serious charges. Through his expert counsel on the final day of sentencing, Ellis helped our son avoid a possible lengthy incarceration and obtained for him an extremely favorable judgement.
