An attorney who truly cares about his clients.

I received a letter from Mr. Klein's office after I was released on bail following an arrest for a robbery charge. It was my first offense, yet it was a very serious crime that carried up to 10 years in prison. Prior to contacting Ellis, I applied for a public defender because my family and I did not... have the money to hire a personal attorney. The public defender I spoke to seemed very careless and told me I was most likely facing a maximum of 5 years in state prison and that my best case scenario would be 6 months to 2 years county time. I then decided to open the letter I received from Mr. Klein's office. After just one meeting with Ellis I knew that it was in my best interest to have this man represent me. He was very reasonable and understanding, and quite knowledgeable in criminal defense. He made no promises, but assured me that he would do everything in his power to help me through this difficult time in my life. And he sure did deliver. Not only did he have great suggestions to help me as a person, he also briefed me on what I could do to help my own case. We worked out a payment plan that he was very flexible and understanding with and to this day it was the best money I've ever spent in my life. He contacted me regularly to update me on changes, dates, case facts, etc. His staff was also very kind and courteous and always made me comfortable whenever I had to be at his office. And anytime I had questions or concerns, he was always available to answer whatever he could. Ellis was also hands on and personally involved in every aspect of my case. He did not delegate the work to another attorney like some other places do. Mr. Klein's expertise and experience was enormously crucial to my case and I would hate to think how things would have turned out if I had not opened his letter. When it was all said and done, I was given 1 year of probation. Quite a difference from the 6-24 months in prison the public defender had me hoping for. Ellis also ensured that my felony charges were dropped to less serious misdemeanors which will no doubt help me in my future. No words can express how grateful I am for Mr. Klein and all the hard work he put in to help me through such a difficult time in my life. A kind, respectful, and sympathetic man with a vast knowledge of the law. If you are truly concerned with your rights and freedom then you will not make the mistake of gambling with other attorneys and choose Ellis B. Klein to defend you.

Simply Awesome

I got pulled for 85/55 on i-95 in bucks county pa. I was worried that having a Delaware license may result in a suspension. i found Ellis through avvo and he gave me the guarantee that the ticket will be reduced else he will return fees. Went to the court this morning and got out with just a technica...l. no points no speeding ticket. definitely recommend ellis

Best god damn lawyer

Told me all the facts and laws straight forward...didn't make empty promises...actually he under delivered himself..kept me informed and felt like I had a friend on my side threw every step..not only did he reduce my 6 point ticket to no points...but he also handled other charges ...completely amazed... me and my girl friend and we have had other lawyers..i feel confident referring him and his associates..look no farther for representation

Hardest Worker Around

Ellis Klein is the best! I hired him for a dui over a year ago, and got a driving with license suspension afterwards. Ellis Klein not only kept me out of jail, but got my charges knocked down to less than the bare minimum, and I received a refund from all the fines I had to pay. Ellis was honest and... trustworthy and worked hard to help me continue to rebuild my life back.

Professional Service Rendered
