Superb!

I had 2 outstanding cases in Bucks County for roughly 3.5 years which had multiple active warrants. My cases were DUI and Driving Under Suspension with Parole Violations. I was living in Florida after drug and alcohol treatment. My life was really taking off all while staying clean and actively worki...ng my recovery. I was scared to face the music but knew it had to be done so I could move forward and put the past behind me. I looked around Avvo for a qualified lawyer and came across Ellis Klein as well as a few others. I contacted these Bucks County lawyers and after speaking with Ellis I knew he was the guy for me. He immediately made me feel comfortable in the fact that he would be there for me and fight the whole way to get the best possible outcome. I wasn't disappointed. He exceeded my expectations and worked with the courts to get me the ABSOLUTE BEST POSSIBLE SENTENCE I could've gotten. I thought I'd be going upstate due to my prior record. Ellis was able to advocate for me to the DA, Parole department and the Judge. My sentence was reduced to the minimum amount of time I was legally able to receive, all ran concurrent and I couldn't have been happier! He even took my phone calls while I was incarcerated as well as coming up to have a meeting before court. I highly recommend Mr. Klein to anyone seeking legal counsel. Thank you for all your help!

Drug Charge

When I was arrested for possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver in Bucks County Pennsylvania, I didn't know which lawyer to go to, so I hired a guy in Philadelphia. The lawyer had no experience in Bucks County and did not have any connections. After receiving a letter from Mr. Klein's law ...office, I immediately contacted him about my case. My first impression of him, he was a very professional lawyer showing concern with my situation; he has dealt with a lot of cases like mine. When I hired Mr. Klein to work on my case he has never sugar coated anything, always told me the good and the bad. He told me that I could go to jail for 6 months to 1 year based on the amount of marijuana I was caught with. I was feeling distraught after he shared that information with me. However, Mr. Klein gave me detailed instructions of what to do before going back to my final court date. I followed everything I was told to do. When it was my time to go to court, he got me out of being sent to jail. Instead I got probation for several years. Thats an ultimate win for me and also my end goal to stay out of jail. Don’t waste your time with anyone else. If you want real results, hire Ellis Klein immediately. He is well connected in Bucks County, worked as a former Prosecutor in Bucks County Court, and has a lot of experience in the courtroom. That alone will help out tremendously. Thank you Ellis Klein.

ARD Denial Turnaround

I was charged with a tier 2 DUI in Pennsylvania (I live in NJ) and was denied ARD. This was my first experience with being charged with anything and arrested, so as you can imagine, I was quite unnerved about the entire experience. From the onset of retaining Mr. Klein as my attorney, he kept me wel...l-informed through the entire process. This was a major factor in gaining my trust and boosted my confidence in retaining him as my lawyer. Additionally, he suggested I attend AA meetings and obtain letters of character reference. Because of his suggestions along with his knowledge and experience of the law, I was granted ARD and I did NOT lose my NJ license. Furthermore, his assistant Lindsey complements his practice well. She kept me in "the loop" and expeditiously answered any questions I may have had regarding my case. I highly recommend Ellis Klein to anyone who has been charged with a DUI--he is professional, personable and knowledgeable of Pennsylvania and New Jersey laws, but most of all his years of experience in the field make him the first choice for a DUI attorney. If you want to have a positive outcome with the best results, I suggest retaining Ellis Klein as your DUI lawyer.

Wonderful Attorney

Mr. Klein provided me with a legal experience that was respectful, informative, responsive and straightforward. At all times, I felt that my legal rights were protected. His office was very courteous and helpful as well. He helped me out of a bad situation, made worse by previous poor legal advice. ...I recommend Mr. Klein to anyone who needs a good, competent lawyer!

Professional, Diligent, & Established

I hired Ellis after I was stopped for a DUI off of 95 in Bucks County. Over the course of the next few days, I must have gotten hundreds of advertisements in the mail. After calling around and getting a feel for lawyers, I felt the most comfortable with Ellis. When I met with Ellis, I had explaine...d that I had a prior drug related conviction and he informed me that I would be ineligible for the ARD program. After hearing this news, my options were very slim in avoiding Jail Time. He gave me some suggestions and mentioned that if I were to pro-actively become an inpatient for my alcohol abuse, that the judge may be lenient in my sentencing. Going to rehab was probably the best decision I made and it paid off greatly. I did not have to go to jail, and now all I've got are some fines and a non reporting probation. Ellis was confident in every step of my case and also worked with me in his lawyer fees. I strongly suggest Ellis Klein for your DUI case!
