Don't look any further for a lawyer!

I received a charge which at the very least could have carried heafty fines, probation and worst of all loss of license. I think most lawyers would have just walked me through the case and I would have had to face the consequences. Not with Ellis. He went above and beyond and got my charges reduced.... Less fines, no probation and most of all he saved my license! The experience was made so much better with Ellis by my side. He told me that "I got lucky". I think the only luck was finding Ellis to be my lawyer! Thank you Ellis!

DUI/ARD

Every parent's worst nightmare is to have their young adult child in legal trouble. We never thought we would receive that call that would change our family's life instantly. Our son travelled a straight and narrow path for 20 years until he had a serious lack of judgement on New Year's Day to get... on the road intoxicated. As a first time offender meeting all the required items on the application, we provided guidance to our son that he could independently apply for ARD to save money on using a lawyer for this serious one-time occurrence; however, the DA used its discretion to reject the application based on some additional details in the police report that we did not see. While we tried to navigate the legal system on our own, we came to the conclusion that this situation would not have a good outcome without a lawyer. Ellis stood out to us because his DUI literature we received in the mail was educational and honest. We believe it is essential to have a lawyer with experience in the Court to which you are charged, as well as someone with good networking skills and relationships to get the best results with the DA making the final decision. After providing additional documentation and letters about the character of our son, Ellis was able to have the DA reconsider him for ARD for which he ultimately was accepted. Ellis was straightforward and told us what we could expect every step of the way. We especially like how accessible he was at all times. You can e-mail him or call him and you can expect a response within hours or even minutes. He answered all questions and concerns with utmost professionalism and empathy. He would update us regularly on any conversations or actions he had taken with respect to our son's case. It was actually worth the money to know that you had him working for the best outcome that you most likely would not have gotten on your own.

EXCELLENT ! Ellis exceeded my hopes and expectations.

Right from the start and through the entire process Ellis and his staff did superb work resolving my traffic ticket. I received a letter in the mail offering his services shortly after I was ticketed. Thank goodness I called his office. He promptly returned my call and clearly explained the proces...s and all my options. He is very knowledgeable and highly experienced. Not only did he get my speeding ticket reduced to a non moving violation but the fine was reduced as well. Ellis is the best ! I highly recommend him.

Good lawyer to hire for a car accident hearing-I recommend him highly

I am glad I hired Ellis B. Klein to represent me for a car accident hearing. After the accident I didn't know which lawyer to hire. You can spend a lot of time calling around interviewing lawyers and then still be unsure who will do the best job for you. A day or two after the accident the office ...of Ellis B. Klein contacted me through a letter offering their services. The letter indicated that Ellis has a lot of experience over the years and understands both sides of an accident. I contacted Ellis and I found him to be cordial and knowledgeable. His fees seemed reasonable and he was prompt in responding. DUI

Against all odds, my husband received the minimum sentence with house arrest for 90 days, rather than 1 year in jail. Ellis was worth every penny we paid.
