Brian Cali, Esquire - A Review

Brian Cali, Esquire - A Review I am an 80-year-old retired Orthopedic Surgeon from north-central Pennsylvania who has been sued by three of his adult children who initially stole property valued at over $10,000.00 from me (their father), and then initiated a law suit in an attempt to secure the r...est of the property that they were not able to steal. It seems as if they cannot wait to get what they believe to be their inheritance. The litigation is complex, and involves an Irrevocable Trust, a Limited Liability Company, a Limited Partnership and a revocable Living Trust. The attorney I originally hired, literally walked away from the case without any warning in the midst of ongoing litigation. (It is like a surgeon, who walks out of the operating room in the middle of an operation while the patient is still on the operating table.) Suddenly and without warning, I was left without legal representation, while the Philadelphia attorney hired by my children continued to attack me. I contacted a number of local attorneys who declined to defend me, claiming that they didn’t have the time or staff to take on such a complicated case. Finally, I contacted Brian Cali, Esq., who agreed to take my case. Brian has managed this complex and involved case with great expertise and success. Brian Cali, together with his team of superb and knowledgeable associates, has successfully defended and protected me from my greedy and ungrateful kids as well as the aggressive Philadelphia lawyer and his large law firm. Brian Cali, Esq. is a highly skilled and aggressive attorney who combines a superior intellect and knowledge with great “street smarts”. Brian is a great person, as well as a terrific and outstanding lawyer. Consider yourself most fortunate if he agrees to take your case.
