I had her representing me in my child custody case, and right before I had to go before the judge to defend a bogus pfa hearing, she walked out on me, over a "petty" issue that was an opinion, and left me to defend myself without legal counsel. And WILL NOT return any phone calls from this incident. ... I thought an attorney is supposed to stick by your side, and defend you no matter what. Even murders, rapists, and violent criminals have lawyers to DEFEND them no matter how guilty they may or maynot be. Kim Geombetti has done a good job with my custody case in the past, but this recent issue has me losing faith in this justice system, and her ability to work for you.
