When I first called him I thought I hit the jackpot. He seemed like a kind man almost like a brother who was understanding of the divorce I was going through. Once he took my money everything changed. It took him nine months to even file my divorce . He said he forgot as he was so busy. What could’ve... took nine months took almost 3 years. I had to constantly call him and beg him to move to the next step. I have a client portal and they never once answered my questions on there. After purchasing my home I had to beg him to please get my settlement done so I can move forward. I was promised my decree that weekend and I never heard from him. Text, call the only reply I would get was OK. So I had to terminate him and get another lawyer who is now very professional and is finishing up my divorce and extremely timely fashion. Enough to mention I had to do the legwork and go to the courthouse to file my own settlement. Don’t waste your time with this man because he doesn’t have time for anyone it seems or maybe just his preferred clients. I don’t know. I was very patient and kind and Ihe took advantage of me

I hired john for criminal defense. Did nothing and heard nothing from him until arraignment. An hour before court he calls me requesting i provide him with documents from my bank. Only problem was court was a 2 hr drive and i was already on the road. He never returned any of my 5 phone calls. He said... he would speak with the prosecutor and try to get my case dropped before arraignment which he never did. I could have done a better job and im not even a lawyer! His “services and ethics are nothing short of pathetic!!! Stay away unless you feel like giving your money to him and receiving nothing for it!

I have had several different attorney's working on one case. I fired the other attorney's for not putting forth the effort to help. With Mr. O'Malley I have found that he listens to what we say to him, he is understanding, he works for me and not against me. He is not in it just for the money he act...ually cares about his clients. He makes sure that you are getting a fare trial.
