Help with Chapter 13 bankruptcy

For many years my husband who is a disabled veteran ran into numerous financial problems. Over those years, time and time again Vince Rubino (and Maggie) helped him through the toughest of times with respect and compassion. I can’t say enough to thank him for keeping my Veteran from ending up homeles...s on the street. And at the end of his life, Vince was there to help and support me through a very difficult time! Many thanks for all the years you were there for us, even now. I am amazed at how quick he responds to concerns and questions and calmed my nerves, never complained if I forgot and had to ask things more than once! Such a great and compassionate person and lawyer.

There's a reason there are only 5-star reviews.

I found Vincent Rubino on my second google search (after a "no response" from somewhere else that I honestly don't remember who it was). I read through some of his reviews and decided to tell my story and see where it led. I got a response within a couple of hours tops. We had a short phone conversat...ion the next day then decided that an in-person consultation/meeting was a good idea. The minute you speak with Mr. Rubino, you know everything is going to be ok. There was 100% no feeling of being pressured into doing anything. It's like you are with a good friend or a family member who knows their stuff. He, and of course his assistants Maggie and Giana, take what feels is a very daunting and shameful situation and removes all those feelings. He is honest, straightforward, and helpful. You can expect the same from his assistants. My chapter 7 went very smoothly, and I am very thankful for all the hard work Mr. Rubino and his staff put into my case. They helped lift a weight from my shoulders, and I feel like I can breathe again. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is considering bankruptcy.

Vince is the MAN!!! Best Attorney

I went to Vince for some guidance into how I should handle my debt. From the time I first spoke to him I knew he was going to be good. He made me feel like I was meeting my best friend to catch up rather than meet my attorney. Vince, Gianna, and Desiree all were always quick to call or email me back ...right away. I recall Vince actually responding to an email on a Saturday at like 730pm. That goes to show how dedicated he is to his clients. If Vince can’t personally help you, I’m sure someone in his firm will be able to. If you need an attorney do yourself the favor and hire Vince.

Patient, accommodating and informative! THE BEST!

I worked with Vincent Rubino for a bankruptcy that I wasn’t sure I wanted to do, just because how it would’ve effected my credit. However, Mr. Rubino made me comfortable and confident about filing. He was thorough, professional and most importantly, patient. He explained the process from beginning to... end and any question I had, he and his staff were accommodating and helpful. I am so pleased that I was referred to Mr. Rubino for his services! I don’t know if anyone else would have been so patient and understanding!

Exceptional is an Understatement

I have been a paralegal for over 10 years, and I started a chapter 13 bankruptcy in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (Reading) thinking I could do it on my own despite having no bankruptcy experience. I was wrong. Fortunately through a legal program offered by my employer (a global insurance comp...any) and I was able to connect with Vince Rubino, Esq. To say I am grateful for all he, Maggie, and Gianna did is an understatement. Not only are the kind, they are very knowledgeable and responsive. Vince did not make me feel as if I was "less than" for being at this place in my life where I filed for Ch. 13. He has been kind, informative, and patient every step of the way. If you want a lawyer and staff that makes you feel that they are members of Team "You", this is the Firm and Attorney you need to seek out.
