Brian was recommended to us by an attorney in our local area after my husband was in an altercation while on vacation in the Poconos. As someone who had never even had a speeding ticket in 50+ years and now facing a simple assault charge we were scared to death. We made the call to Brian who reac...hed back to us within an hour. Today was the hearing, the charges of simple assault were dropped, thanks to Brian’s knowledge and persistence with the DA in what really happened during the altercation. The victim still wanted maximum fines on the harassment/disorderly conduct charges that were pursued instead. However Brian once again was able to get the fines dropped to a lesser amount. We walked out of there with no probation or jail time, a lesser charge with lower fines. We believe with all our hearts this was only possible because of Brian’s knowledge, research and persistence in fighting our case. I hope that we will never need legal representation again, but if we do Brian will be the attorney we hire. We will recommend him to anyone that needs legal counsel in the Poconos area.
