Compassionate, Caring and Experienced Attorney

Brian was retained midway through my dad's case to correct the many mistakes made by the initial attorney. He was compassionate towards my dad and his worries on the outcome, and provided regular updates on the case. My dad was also pleased with Brian's experience, honesty and compassion. I learned ...firsthand how well respected Brian is throughout the community and courts. I wish I retained him from the very beginning as I believe the outcome would've been more in my dad's favor. Overall, Brian was able to correct the mistakes from the previous attorney, resulting in a fair and acceptable outcome!

Excellent attorney

Brian represented me in a 3rd DUI case. He was able to have my charge reduced to a second 2nd offense and my sentence lessened from mandatory jail time to a more reasonable 90 days of house arrest. His professionalism, solid relationship with the DA's office and the probation department eased my mi...nd and made trusting him extremely natural. I recommend Brian to anyone facing charges similar to mine.

Upfront

Brian, was frank, to the point, honest and made no promises. He is dedicated and hard working and always looking out for your best interests. He gave me ranges within the guide lines of the law of what will or will not happen during sentencing. What I appreciated about Brian was that he always, al...ways, always was prompt in responding to my concerns, phone messages, text's or emails. He would call late at night, seven days a week to respond as soon as available. If he did not have an answer he always responded within 48 hours.

Prompt and to the point

I was negligently charged with a criminal misdemeanor. I contacted Brian Jordan because I heard that he is a top 40 lawyer under 40 (and recently he achieved rank as a "Super Lawyer.") Brian gives things to you straight. He is honest, and extremely prompt - especially through emails. He informs y...ou of all the possible outcomes: best case, so-so case, and worst case. Brian was in contact with us the entire time. He listened to us, supported us in the direction we chose to go, but he never mislead us or gave us false hope. He was very honest which proved to be his best trait, which prepared us for whatever could come. Brian gave me tips on how to apply for probation once we decided that that was the route to go rather than fighting it in court, which would have achieved the same result of probation (charges expunged) had I won the case (charges dismissed). It was a no-brainer to just take some probation rather than drag out the ordeal in court. Brian has the savvy to achieve the best results. His straightforward approach is something that keeps you clear-eyed as to how the criminal system works and what your options are. Brian stood by us the entire time. I felt like he supported us and would not let us down. I highly recommend him.
