This is my first time experience with an attorney and I couldn't of imagined going through what I had to go through without Brian. He is incredible at what he does. I was arrested for possessing firearms. as a convicted felon this was illegal. This was brought on because of an argument I had with the chief of police about his officers not enforcing the laws of our state. Even though we had proof that none of the guns belonged to me they were still in "my possess...ion". Brian managed to get me off with 30 days incarceration and 1 year probation and about a total of $1500 in fines. The max was 90 years in jail and $250000 in fines. The police fought my wife about getting her gun back. They wanted to sell it and keep the money. Brian got her gun back and she sold it and kept the money. My son has yet to get his guns back and Brian is still fighting with them, and I might add without any extra charges. My son left his firearms here because my grandson is a special needs child and his county appointed therapist recommended that my son remove the firearms from his house. The therapist was willing to testify to this. Brian kept us updated and I have the stack of papers to prove it. He is a caring human being , I am proud to know him and would highly recommend to anyone, especially if they are in serious trouble, with the utmost confidence. \
