Hired him after my husband passed away to do my will and POA. He was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. He did not charge me for the office visit and phone calls. I cannot understand reviews not rating excellent. He also gave me a cd which he had made. Most beautiful voice I have ever heard. I feel blessed to know this wonderful man as my Attorney.

as the title says. this guy has terrible receptionist and staff, and you can never get him on the phone or in person, you never know when his office is going to be opened. you hit more brick walls then open doors when dealing with guy and his team. my money landed on his door step ready for him, but thw warning signs appeared early and im glad I have since made other moves while I still had some left.

Messed up paperwork for a Trust, needed to go back 3 times until it was 'correct'. Took more money than he should have to correct the Trust. Finally went to another lawyer and had to pay to fix his mistake. Save your money and find a better lawyer who understands the law.

similar issues as other reviews. the process was made more painful than it needed.

I hired him for my lawsuit. He was at least 45 minutes late for all of my appointments. I would not recommend him to anyone. He also doesn't return phone calls.

Mr. Miller was hired by my husband as his divorce lawyer, that was two years ago in June. Mr. Miller does not return phone calls, we have had to give him the same paperwork 3 times. I guess he LOST it? Needless to say as of 9/23/15 I am still waiting for the divorce to be final due to his neglect of the duties he was hired for.....
