Possession and Paraphernalia

My girlfriend and I were charged with possession of a small amount and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Kearny consulted with the prosecution and got are charged reduced down to simple disorderly misconduct charges

I could not have picked a better attorney!!

These past two years have been the years of facing the reality that two of my sons were involved with drugs and alcohol. Without getting into details about them, they were facing quite a bit of time. Mr Kearney not only listened to what they had to say, "their story" but he also took the time to un...derstand them, advise them, check up on my one son, and helped them understand and navigate getting through the legal problems they found themselves in. He was able to help them both with getting a much lesser sentence but the most valuable thing he did for us all was helping them get connected with addiction and mental health resources. I can't say enough. Words can not say how grateful I am as a mom to have found Mr Kearney. He went way above and beyond his responsibility of "his clients". Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Professional, knowledgeable and personable

When my son was arrested for selling marijuana, I had no idea where to turn and what the laws were. Someone had recommended Mr. Kearney and I couldn't be happier. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure we knew all of our options. I hear of lawyers that just collect a paycheck but I t...hink Mr. Kearney really cared what happened to my son and was upfront about everything. I would hire him again but I hope I never have to.

DUI Case

I hired TL Kearney to represent my 19 yr old son in a DUI case that involved a small amount of marijuana (no alcohol). What complicated our case was another pending case (similar charge) in another County. TL walked my son through the process and he recently has been accepted into the ARD program i...n our County. TL was professional, knowledgeable, and stayed in contact with us through the process. Expensive learning experience for my son, but glad we were recommended to TL.

Couldn't Have Asked For A Better Attorney

TL was able to give me peace of mind & handle my case thoroughly. He is an extremely generous attorney who will know exactly how to handle your case.
