Dedicated to getting the best deal!

Attorney Kearney started working to get the best resolution for my case immediately. He was always available to speak to about any questions or concerns. He got me in the ARD program, and when I’m finished my charges will be expunged. I’m very thankful for having Attorney Kearney represent me. A great attorney for criminal law

TL Kearney did a great job getting me into the ARD Program which when completed gets your Criminal Record Expunged and it was a very easy process to complete. Highly recommended and it’s a flat fee, no extra or hidden fees and he’s straight up honest with you and how to proceed.

Extremely knowledgeable

I recently became aware of an issue that occurred over a decade ago. Currently living 800 miles away, I contacted TL after researching lawyers in York County PA. I couldn’t have picked a better lawyer to represent me! He was extremely knowledgeable and understood my situation. I was nervous and shaki...ng when I first spoke through a Zoom meeting with the judge. TL did all the legwork for my case and I could continue with my daily life while not having to worry about a case that happened 16 years ago. This could have resulted in loosing my driving privileges as well as marks on my public record. In the end, I had peace of mind and nothing on my record! My husband and I are thinking of taking vacation time to meet the lawyer that helped myself out when he didn’t have to!

Great experience

Thomas reached out to me after I was referred to another partner at his firm. From our first conversation, he laid out the legal strategy for assuring my case does not show up as a misdemeanor and gets expunged. The plan went as he expected and by the time we went to court I knew the results. He got... me 30 day non reporting probation for 2 charges.
