Best Traffic Attorney in York, PA!

We had a great experience with TL Kearney! A family member was in a car accident in York, and we are not from the area. We did some research and found Kearny Law offices. We were able to get a free phone consultation, and based on the information we received from that, we decided to hire him/firm. W...e are extremely glad we did! The outcome of our case was the best result we could have hoped for. Being in this type of situation can be scary. TL made the process understandable and much easier. He handled everything. We found the communication to be clear, and he was very responsive to our concerns and questions, whether by text or email. He, or his assistant Courtney (who is also a pleasure to deal with), responded in a very timely manner, which was much appreciated. We had a scheduling conflict regarding our court date, and TL worked to accommodate us. On the day of court, TL arrived promptly, was prepared, and presented himself very professionally. He explained exactly what was going to happen, the process of court, and answered all of our questions. As I stated, the outcome was the absolute best outcome. TL made sure we had the paperwork to document to final disposition before we left. He sent a follow up (thank you) email the next day, which was appreciated. I want to note, the price charged was "all-in," and we found it to be competitive with others in the area, and very fair, considering the outcome. No hidden or surprise charges. We received copies of all documents relevant to our case. Overall, we found TL to be professional, personable, knowledgeable, considerate, and responsive. He's just a nice guy! If we ever (hopefully not) need a lawyer in the York area, we would not hesitate to reach out to TL Kearney Law again. I can wholeheartedly recommend the firm with complete confidence. Thank you.

Great Communication

I hired attorney T.L. Kearney to assist me with fighting a traffic ticket due to an accident I was in. From the day that I hired him to the day that court was over the communication was very clear and proactive. It is clear that he is very well educated and has the experience to back up his education.... He took the extra step to ensure that we got the result we were looking for. A great attorney to hire and will make you feel confident! Highly recommend!

Excellent Services

TL Kearney assisted me with a citation I received after an accident. He provided me great advice even when I was just consulting with him, but once I hired him, he took immediate action on my case and kept me up to date as the process progressed.
