Prompt, Proffesional, Compassionate, and Caring

Mr. Kearney IV, was prompt with all replies from email, consultation, and phone calls. He is amazing with his knowledge and explaining all aspects from the defendant to the prosecutor side in common terms. He was re-assuring with being a team to resolve the issue. Mr. Kearney communication skills ...are superb.

Excellent Defense Attorney!

TL was very straight forward with me about my legal issue. He provided the worst case scenario but was also very optimistic about the outcome. I followed all of this advice and ended up getting one charge completely dropped which prevented a suspension of my driving license. I believe he went abov...e and beyond with the work he did with my case, therefore I would recommend TL to anyone who is in need of a defense attorney. Thanks again TL!!!

Excellent Attorney, Excellent result!

Our appointment was scheduled quickly, which was important to me, being the parent of a son who made a stupid mistake that could've resulted badly for his future. The attorney fee was reasonable and every detail of the hearing process was explained in depth by T.L. Kearney. I was told he was the best & he proved it!

I had got myself into a difficult situation & with the federal government at that. I came to him & he got to work right away. He always kept me in the loop & always made sure I understood everything that was going on. He made sure I was comfortable & was very friendly.
