T. L. Kearney - DWI charges - Superior service provided

I wanted to take a moment to extend our heartfelt thanks to our attorney, T. L. Kearney. He was exceptional ! I was impressed from our first meeting. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the circumstances specific to the case. He prepared us step by step explaining the th...e legal penalties, processes and what we could expect to happen in court. His recommendations were on point. By the time the case went to court all the necessary rehab, counseling and court ordered DUI classes had already been completed. The outcome turned out to better even better then we'd originally expected. I would absolutely hire T. L. again if the need for legal advice were needed in the future and wholeheartedly recommend him to others.

Atty Kearney was very Professional and handled my DUI case in a timely and efficient manner. He went right for ARD for me knowing this was my first time ever being in any kind of trouble. He also handled my son's case and was very PROFFESIONAL in his case too. My son's case was not DUI related but... it was a vehicle offense. I can't Thank Atty Kearney enough for helping me get a 2nd chance and for helping me get through a very tough time in my life

Awesome Attorney

I was facing my first DUI and needed my license to drive for work, I wasn't sure what was going to happen. I spoke with TL and he shared that he would help me through the process. He was professional, upfront, shared exactly what was going to happen and assured me if I did my part that I would not ...lose my driving license. He walked me through every step of the way, was not judgmental and was there for every event. I would highly recommend TL if you are in need of legal assistance.

Simply the best attorney in the York area!

I was facing a DUI and a 3 count hit and run, and T.L. was able to get the DUI dropped. T.L was the voice of clarity in an otherwise stressful situation, while also simplifying the legal process into something very manageable. He does not give false promises, but he understands the law and how to bes...t go about obtaining the desired result. T.L was always on time for my court appearances, and was always cool and collected – which is a trait you want in your lawyer during times of internal panic. T.L is hands down the best attorney I could have asked for.

Well-liked and Respected Attorney

First off let me begin by saying that I never write these types of reviews but this gentleman really deserves some praise. Mr. TL Kearney is a well-liked and respected attorney in the York, PA area. He is extremely professional, likable and results driven. What more can you ask for? Unfortunately,... if your attorney is not in favor with law enforcement and the court, even if you have a good case, you are destined to lose. Please do yourself a favor and look no further than TL. This is your go to man if you want a favorable resolution (in my case a dismissal for a complicated traffic infraction) to your legal matters. In fact, I would retain him to represent me in any legal matter in the York, PA and surrounding areas.
