Unequaled Attorney

TL is the best, no questions asked. I was in a very bad situation which I had no clue how to deal with. His calm demeanor made me feel safe and confident that everything was going to be fine. He got everything done perfectly, without any problems. He answered every question I had basically immediatel...y. He will make you feel very comfortable in the worst time. If you need a criminal defense attorney, just hire him, do what he says and everything will be fine, you are in the best hands possible. Thank you, TL, for all you did and continue to do for me! Personal and Professional, a deeply committed and caring attorney

I reached out to TL because I wasn't happy with the guidance of a previous attorney. the plan that the laid out simply wasn't an option for me once I read up on ARD and talking with TL confirmed that. But, instead of offering me a bleak outlook he offered a way to get a head of everything and created... a path that lead to a good deal of hard work and a great deal of personal growth. If I had stuck with the previous lawyer I would have most likely gotten a harder sentence but I wouldn't have grown as a person. TL encouraged me to get involved in IOP early which is just one thing that made a great deal of difference. I need to state I was not an easy client to work with, I stuck my head in the sand over the work and the payment. TL was understanding but firm, a perfect combination of professional and personal. His work and presence instilled in me a sense of calm that was worth it and when we went to sentencing I was able to look the judge in the eye and answer his questions honestly not because I was coached but because TL laid the groundwork for me to change my life. So not only did he provide me with excellent legal service but he helped me come out so much improved. Thanks TL I can't sing your praises enough.

Works wonders with DUI cases

I reached out to him for help when my boyfriend got his second DUI. My boyfriend ended up hiring him and he managed to help keep him out of jail and got him the least amount penalties for his situation.

Charges dropped. Above and beyond

T. L. Kearney exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond on my case. Most attorneys I called in the area, I was asking the questions and I felt rushed. With Mr. Kearney, he was the one asking me the questions and gave me an hour of his time during the initial consultation. He even met me at ...the courthouse before he was hired just to greet each other and then pointed out some information on my paperwork I didn’t understand, and that saved me from a potential warrant. He looked out for me from the beginning and gave me his time and attention. I knew this was the guy for my case. I was facing 3 total charges. 2 misdemeanors and a summary. He helped get this knocked down to a simple summary with a small fine and court costs, when I was possibly facing jail time and probation. If you want a lawyer that will go the extra mile I highly recommend T.L. Kearney. He is worth the price and result, and all the work you need done will be covered by the cost with no extra charge. A job well done!

After a couple weeks and multiple phone consultations, I came across a diamond in the rough when I located TL. I was very nervous and didn't know what was going to happen to me at first. I was told my multiple individuals that I was facing a SCI sentence for a Tier 3 Refusal, on a 4th DUI. ...After contacting TL and meeting him at my Preliminary hearing. I felt very at ease from there on out. Legally, I was only given two options. Take the state time for possibly a couple years, further away from family. Not being able to work. or have TL attempt to get me into a treatment program with potentially minimal time in County. It took some work, and im sure wasn't easy on his end. but he managed to get me the best possible result that I could think of, given the route we took. I'm very thankful for how easy going he was and how well he explained everything, including all of the legal paperwork and the process of every court hearing. He really put my mind at ease. Very thankful I had him working my case and would point anyone in a similar situation, in his direction. 10/10 recommend.
