Simply the best attorney in the York area!

I was facing a DUI and a 3 count hit and run, and T.L. was able to get the DUI dropped. T.L was the voice of clarity in an otherwise stressful situation, while also simplifying the legal process into something very manageable. He does not give false promises, but he understands the law and how to bes...t go about obtaining the desired result. T.L was always on time for my court appearances, and was always cool and collected – which is a trait you want in your lawyer during times of internal panic. T.L is hands down the best attorney I could have asked for.

You Won't Find A Better Attorney In York

I was facing two f3 charges but T.L. came through got both charges dropped what a relief. He knows his law and tells you like it is. I'm beyond impressed with T.L. great guy and AWESOME ATTORNEY thanks so much.

Best attorney ever

I have used this law firm in the past but this is my first time using TL as my attorney and there's only one way to describe my experience with him. Phenomenal! TL without a doubt knows his business while being extremely knowledgeable and professional above and beyond everything else he treats you l...ike a person. Not just another case or file he must get thru. I would recommend this form highly to anyone who needs representation. You'll never find a group!

Excellent results from TL Kearney IV.,

Our case is one of Parole Violation and then subsequent charges. TL was on top of the case from the moment we were done with the initial consultation taking into account that things weren't looking well for us in another county where there were also other charges. TL took the appropriate measures and... when it was fine for the Public Defender to allow the client to get the 6 months that was asked for. TL took the measures to make sure that all aspects of the case were considered. Talked to the Parole Department and was successful with getting us instead of 6 months in prison to approximately 10 weeks. His dedication to the case when others would have allowed 6 months is astounding. My hats off to him for being so studious his work for us.
