Highly Effective

I was cited for a traffic violation that could have yielded serious negative penalties upon conviction pertaining to my driving privileges. However, thanks to the effective assistance of T.L. Kearney, those stiff penalties did not occur. That was the just result, but it wouldn’t have been likely to... turn out that way without his knowledge of the law, his familiarity with the local legal community, and his prompt service. At our initial meeting, we discussed the problems, the law, and we agreed on a formulated game plan. Mr. Kearney immediately put the plan into action, and when trial came along, the result was exactly according to that plan. I feel that the case yielded the absolute best result possible for me.

Driving while on DUI-Suspension

I got pulled over while on DUI-Suspension, 1543-b, which is a mandatory 60 day jail sentence. i got on Avvo website to ask some questions about my charges, That is when Attorney T.L. Kearney, reached out and explain what would happen with these type of charges. So i hired his services, he explained t...o me, that he felt worst case scenario, would be 60 days house arrest. but also felt maybe he could have a discussion with the arresting officer and change the driving under DUI suspension, to just driving under suspension 1543a. with his presence in York county for a long time and getting to know many people (judges/officers) he has a great standing relationship and well respected in the community. So the day of my court date, i showed up to the magistrates, he had a discussion with the arresting officer, and the officer was willing to change my driving under DUI suspension, to just driving under suspension. which made my day, that meant i wasn`t looking at any jail time or house arrest. i did get a fine and another driving suspension, but my life could of been flipped upside down with jail time or house arrest. Bottom line, i feel if i would of went with a cheap attorney or court appointed lawyer, i think my best case would of been house arrest, with suspension and a fine. having Attorney Kearney on my side made a difference, with him knowing the arresting officer and his experience in law Reading all those 5-stars stories gave me a piece of mind, that i made the right decision and i wasn't disappointed. FINALLY the stress ENDS!

I had gotten a dui a few months ago prior to having a few Driving while suspended on my record TL kept me updated and told me exactly what to do to approach my case luckily for him I avoided ALL jail time in worse case scenario I could’ve gotten a year incarseration. I would recommend T.L to anyone ...with a DUI charge or suspended license charge the reviews speak for them self! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Thanks to T.L I can still keep my business a flow , get a reduced suspension & keep my apt. I’m very thankful for his work and he is truly a blessing! I couldn’t thank him anymore for how much relief and stress he saved me. He always called back right away when I had a question even if it was a question I had already asked he still took his time and explained in detail what to do to stay proactive. Yes, there are some many important considerations (avoiding jail time that is otherwise mandatory by law, driver’s license suspension impacts, maintains employment, monetary, etc...) in DUI cases, which is why hiring a local attorney who focuses on criminal and DUI law is so so important. Getting started early and proactively significantly minimizes all of these considerations.

Great

I was in serious need of a point reduction due to a speeding ticket and hitting the 6 point limit on my drivers license. Not only did T.L. Kearney get points taken off, he got them all taken off! If you need a great attorney and have some money for one I would definitely recommend him for anyone. He ...was very professional and communicated perfectly, it made the hearing and preparation for the hearing very easy and achievable. Couldn't be happier with results

Needed an attorney last minute to fight a horrible speeding ticket. He got my ticket down to no points and just a small fine! He was able to keep me from losing my license and I couldn't be happy with the results. HIGHLIY RECOMMEND.
