Outstanding Legal Representation

Attorney Kearney provided the most professional and exceptional legal guidance and representation that I could have asked for. This is the first time I needed an attorney and Attorney Kearney did not disappoint. He was very honest and upfront with I should expect and what would be expected of me du...ring this process. He explained everything thoroughly and in terms that were understandable. Attorney Kearney responded to any form of communication in a very timely manner. Driving while on DUI-Suspension

I got pulled over while on DUI-Suspension, 1543-b, which is a mandatory 60 day jail sentence. i got on Avvo website to ask some questions about my charges, That is when Attorney T.L. Kearney, reached out and explain what would happen with these type of charges. So i hired his services, he explained t...o me, that he felt worst case scenario, would be 60 days house arrest. but also felt maybe he could have a discussion with the arresting officer and change the driving under DUI suspension, to just driving under suspension 1543a. with his presence in York county for a long time and getting to know many people (judges/officers) he has a great standing relationship and well respected in the community. So the day of my court date, i showed up to the magistrates, he had a discussion with the arresting officer, and the officer was willing to change my driving under DUI suspension, to just driving under suspension. which made my day, that meant i wasn`t looking at any jail time or house arrest. i did get a fine and another driving suspension, but my life could of been flipped upside down with jail time or house arrest. Bottom line, i feel if i would of went with a cheap attorney or court appointed lawyer, i think my best case would of been house arrest, with suspension and a fine. having Attorney Kearney on my side made a difference, with him knowing the arresting officer and his experience in law Reading all those 5-stars stories gave me a piece of mind, that i made the right decision and i wasn't disappointed. Need to be coached through a first-time DUI? Hire TL.

I left York Central Booking after a first-time DUI arrest confused, humiliated, and with no sense of what should happen next. TL created a detailed plan for me to enter the ARD program and have my record expunged, coaching me through each step and responding to every question immediately. He's profes...sional, thorough, supportive, and everything in my case occurred precisely as he predicted. Amazing lawyer!

When my husband and I first consulted and met with TL Kearney IV, we knew than and there that we wouldn’t find a better lawyer. Walking into his office, Kearney knew my husbands current case, and any priors. He was informative and none judgmental. This was my husbands 3rd DUI and he could have been f...acing 1-5 years in prison. It was a period of us feeling uneasy but, TL Kearney knew exactly what to do. He gave us the best/worst case scenario depending on my Husbands BAC results. He prepared us for what could happen and he assured us of what couldn’t. The process with TL Kearney was one of the easiest, we have used other lawyers in the past, but I have never encountered a lawyer who was so on point! TL Kearney was very easy to get ahold of and he always reached out as soon as something changed. I am so thankful for the results and so happy to say my Husband did 3 months for the new charge!
