Got The Job Done

TL Kearney took care of my Speeding Ticket as he promised. He also gave me good advice with taking a extra class to show the court that I knew I was wrong, and I wanted to make it right. He followed through with what he said he would do, and I would use him again, and recommend him to others. Only... negative is the price of a good attorney, but I understood that going into it and that’s the rates attorney’s get these days. The results were worth the money.

Excessive speeding charge

With the help and expertise of T.L. He was able to have my excessive speeding charge lowered to a lesser charge that I was very happy with. If you want a lawyer that is very thorough and professional I would highly recommend T.L.!

Reckless Driving Charges

Mr. Kearney did a wonderful job representing me! He was very professional, and worked with me around my 3rd shift hours. He did a wonderful job, and was able to work my charges down to a careless driving charge, before my hearing!

Traffic violation

I believe the yellow lights are faster in York County and I was not anticipating that coming home from Dorney Park for a treat for my grandson during the summer. It was late and I was looking forward to getting home and underestimated the yellow light at an intersection. Mr Kearney's relationship wit...h the court reduced the ticket to obedience to traffic control devices. I have been keeping a keener eye out for the light turning yellow along route 30. Thank you.

Exceeded my expectations

TL Kearny went above and beyond to reduce my speeding ticket to the bare minimum. I was looking at loss of license and my insurance going sky high not to mention 5 points. I am now point free and am very grateful to have had the best lawyer on my side. I made a mistake and have learned my lesson b...ut thanks to TL Kearny I didn't have to learn it the hard way.
