The best of the best

TL Kearney is kind, attentive, proactive, involved, intelligent, and resourceful. He is well-connected and is familiar with many of the officers, the DA’s and judges, so he has a report with many of the people who may be involved in your case. He coached me through what my family and I needed to do i...n order to put ourselves in a better position, and when time came for sentencing, we were offered a fantastic plea bargain. Got me through with no jail time and now I can happily move on with my life. I am eternally grateful and I highly recommend this attorney.

Great attorney

Mine was not a very difficult case, but Kearney was straight to the point and got everything resolved with the best possible turn out! Easy to speak with, great communication (phone calls, emails, texts,etc) My case was dismissed! If I would ever need an attorney again (let's hope not), I will defin...itely be calling him!

Possession and Paraphernalia

My girlfriend and I were charged with possession of a small amount and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Kearny consulted with the prosecution and got are charged reduced down to simple disorderly misconduct charges

Criminal charges

Kearney got the results I wanted, I had couple criminal charges on me, he got them all withdrawn, would very highly recommend him

Mr. Kearney laid out a plan and implemented it effectively. His communication skills are excellent while working with the client and impressive while dealing with police and District Court Judges.
