Obtained ARD after DUI

TL gave me a specific list of obligations to complete after receiving a DUI charge. With his help, I was able to achieve a successful treatment certificate, CRN report, DUI classes certificate, and an arresting officer ARD reccomendation...all of which was pre-trial. Together, we obtained my acceptan...ce into the ARD program. Very quick to answer all calls and emails as well.

Mr. Kearney was the right choice

I am very pleased with the representation that my son received from Mr. Kearney. I was sure that I wanted to retain his services from our initial e-mail communication. His responses were prompt, thorough, honest and informative. Mr. Kearney worked diligently to obtain the best possible outcome and hi...s expertise was apparent. Given the circumstances, I assumed that the best case scenario would be probation. However, my son’s charges were ultimately withdrawn and no further penalty was imposed. Excessive speeding charge

Reckless Driving Charges

Mr. Kearney did a wonderful job representing me! He was very professional, and worked with me around my 3rd shift hours. He did a wonderful job, and was able to work my charges down to a careless driving charge, before my hearing!
