Well-liked and Respected Attorney

First off let me begin by saying that I never write these types of reviews but this gentleman really deserves some praise. Mr. TL Kearney is a well-liked and respected attorney in the York, PA area. He is extremely professional, likable and results driven. What more can you ask for? Unfortunately,... if your attorney is not in favor with law enforcement and the court, even if you have a good case, you are destined to lose. Please do yourself a favor and look no further than TL. This is your go to man if you want a favorable resolution (in my case a dismissal for a complicated traffic infraction) to your legal matters. In fact, I would retain him to represent me in any legal matter in the York, PA and surrounding areas.

Thorough, Ethical and Fair

The case Mr. TL Kearney handled for us lasted over 7 months. He tells it how it is, doesn't sugar coat it, tells you what you are facing and then finds the best way, for your situation, to represent you. He worked very hard, researches/explored all avenues, always available to answer questions, keep...s you informed and he took the extra steps needed to get the best possible outcome for his client. We are very grateful for the outcome of our case.

DUI Defense

2nd DUI charge was dropped. I went in with the thought of a license suspension for a year, ankle monitor for 2 weeks, house arrest etc etc. Walked with a $500.00 fine. Couldn't ask for me. Recommend TL to anyone.

Criminal Case

He handled my case and was able to get my felony charges dropped, he is well experienced and is a very good attorney. I was pleased with the outcome.

Excellent Defense Attorney!

TL was very straight forward with me about my legal issue. He provided the worst case scenario but was also very optimistic about the outcome. I followed all of this advice and ended up getting one charge completely dropped which prevented a suspension of my driving license. I believe he went abov...e and beyond with the work he did with my case, therefore I would recommend TL to anyone who is in need of a defense attorney. Thanks again TL!!!
