Great results

After to speaking to several lawyers I was frustrated and confused as to what my options actually were. After one conversation with Mr. Kearney I knew he was my guy. I got a fair deal and he walked me through everything. I entered the courtroom with confidence in my case and everything went exactly a...s he advised. Huge weight off my shoulders, I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer.

DUI Defense

2nd DUI charge was dropped. I went in with the thought of a license suspension for a year, ankle monitor for 2 weeks, house arrest etc etc. Walked with a $500.00 fine. Couldn't ask for me. Recommend TL to anyone.

Excellent Attorney, Excellent result!

Our appointment was scheduled quickly, which was important to me, being the parent of a son who made a stupid mistake that could've resulted badly for his future. The attorney fee was reasonable and every detail of the hearing process was explained in depth by T.L. Kearney. He explained all possibl...e outcomes and was able to achieve the best outcome from the Judge for my son. I would recommend Attorney Kearney without hesitation!

We are EXTREMELY pleased and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND T L Kearney! T.L. was very professional and always extremely prompt in responding to any questions we had. He always kept us informed regarding the status of our case and what possibilities we could experience. It really felt like he cared about ...our situation and wanted to do everything he could. We truly appreciate all his time and perseverance knowing that without him representing our son the outcome would have been much different. We will be forever grateful! We hope to never need an attorney again but certainly would recommend him to anyone! You will not be disappointed and his fee was reasonable. We feel very blessed to have found such a wonderful lawyer to help us through the most challenging time in our life.

Professional and Kept us informed all the time

Mr. Kearney represented my son on several retail theft charges. Since my son was on probation it was a little more serious that just regular retail theft in the long run. After contacting the office in which Mr. Kearney works he called me back very timely. I did not have to wait several days for a... phone call. Mr. Kearney went over what he found out and explained everything to me 100%. Then he went to see my son in the correctional facility and went over everything with him as well. He visited him 2 times to keep him informed and also always keep me up to date as well. Since waiting for the legal system's slow wheels to turn the waiting and not knowing part if the hardest. He reduced my stress by always returning phone calls promptly and always called me when he had a update. Mr. Kearney worked hard to coordinate court dates into one as opposed to several. He was fair with his pricing and went way beyond to assist with what was needed at the local level to resolve our issues in district court. I have had to hire other very well know attorneys in the past and never ever received the same service as Mr. Kearney provided. We got very lucky to find TL. If you are shopping for a attorney look no further!! We had positive results with his work, but even if it did not go our way I would still feel the same regarding his professional attitude and his knowledge of the law. He was exceptional.
