T.L Kearney is the best lawyer in York PA hands down! I was pulled over while driving on a DUI suspended license which holds a mandatory jail sentence of 60-90 days or house arrest. Not only is T.L confident in his work but he got the officer to drop the charge down to a 1543a which holds no mandat...ory jail time or house arrest even with prior diving with out license offenses on my record. Unlike other attorneys I had consulted with in the past T.L does NOT judge his clients on past mistakes whatsoever and goes above and beyond to get you the absolute best result in your case. TL Kearney is the only lawyer I will ever trust with my freedom and I highly recommend hiring him for your legal issues! Thank you again TL for all the amazing work you’ve done for me throughout my legal journey!

traffic violation case

I had a traffic violation case which carried 5 points I hired Attorney Kearney to represent me in court and I'm very pleased with the results we achieved which is no points on my driver's license. He and his team of lawyers are the absolute best lawyers in PA. I would recommend Attorney Kearney to ...anyone who is looking for a great lawyer.

Excellent Outcome for Driving on Suspended

We stepped in the courtroom with hopes of having my driving on suspended lowered to a lesser offense… but to my surprise TL actually managed to get the whole thing thrown out! He’ll be the first person I’ll call if I find myself dealing with anymore legal issues in the future. Phenomenal work TL!

Very Pleased with Attorney Kearney's Results

I found Attorney Kearney after my wife received a speeding ticket that would have resulted in a significant number of points on her license. I called the law office on a Friday afternoon and was very pleasantly surprised to be speaking with Attorney Kearney himself almost immediately. Upon our initia...l conversation, it was apparent that Attorney Kearney had an extremely high level of knowledge and experience with our situation and was confident in his ability to get the optimal outcome for us. He told us exactly what we needed to do and when and generally made the entire process for us as easy as possible. Upon arriving at the hearing, it was obvious that Attorney Kearney had a good working relationship with the officer handling our case, and he was, in fact, able to get my wife’s charge down to one with no points and a smaller fine which is the exact outcome we wanted. I will say Attorney Kearney’s services didn’t come cheaply, but they were worth it. In my view, he is a very experienced, personable, and competent lawyer and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending or having him represent myself or family in the future if needed.
