I had chosen T.L. to act as counsel in my defense against charges laid against me relating to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. With many years of experience working in criminal defense, T.L. has an developed an intimate knowledge of legal proceedings relating to cases such as mine and through ...his advice, I was able to achieve the best possible outcome. Throughout the entire process, I never once felt judged, or made to feel as though I was just a client. T.L. is passionate about the work he does and understands that even the most upstanding of citizens can, at times, find themselves cross with the law. He genuinely cared about my well being and worked hard to get my life back on track in as fast amount of time as possible. In addition, T.L. was easily accessible by phone or email and responded to all of my questions/concerns almost immediately upon my asking. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the services he provided, his professionalism, and the compassion he showed me during this difficult time of my life. For DUI or DWI related charges, I would say he is the best in the business and couldn't recommend him enough.

Great lawyer!

Working with Mr. Kearney was a pleasure. We had an issue with a case from 2007 and were told that we owed $48,000 in fines. Outstanding result on a speeding ticket

I got caught out in a notorious speed limit change going 20-25 over. Mr. Kearney gave me excellent advice, told me what he thought we could realistically accomplish, and made it happen. 0 license points in my case. Would highly recommend!

Defense for Insurance Fraud

The attorney gave a very thorough explanation of what would occur through the legal process and promptly filed all required legal documents. He also attended the magistrate’s hearing and the ARD Program Orientation.
