FINALLY the stress ENDS!

I had gotten a dui a few months ago prior to having a few Driving while suspended on my record TL kept me updated and told me exactly what to do to approach my case luckily for him I avoided ALL jail time in worse case scenario I could’ve gotten a year incarseration. I would recommend T.L to anyone ...with a DUI charge or suspended license charge the reviews speak for them self! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Thanks to T.L I can still keep my business a flow , get a reduced suspension & keep my apt. I’m very thankful for his work and he is truly a blessing! I couldn’t thank him anymore for how much relief and stress he saved me. He always called back right away when I had a question even if it was a question I had already asked he still took his time and explained in detail what to do to stay proactive. If you are in york county area and need legal help? HE IS THE MAN TO HIRE! Thank you once again.

Yes, there are some many important considerations (avoiding jail time that is otherwise mandatory by law, driver’s license suspension impacts, maintains employment, monetary, etc...) in DUI cases, which is why hiring a local attorney who focuses on criminal and DUI law is so so important. Getting started early and proactively significantly minimizes all of these considerations.

Professional, knowledgeable and personable

When my son was arrested for selling marijuana, I had no idea where to turn and what the laws were. Someone had recommended Mr. Kearney and I couldn't be happier. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure we knew all of our options. I hear of lawyers that just collect a paycheck but I t...hink Mr. Kearney really cared what happened to my son and was upfront about everything. I would hire him again but I hope I never have to.

Excellent

I hired an attorney prior to TL and was disappointed he was to caum He was not aggressive and seemed to not care My sister searched attorneys and found TL Kearny, he came highly recommended by other attorneys. I was a tier 3 and on my second DUI and my first attorney told me I would do jail... time. TL was able to keep me out of jail and I am currently doing 120 days of house arrest and I can work. I highly recommend TL

What ALL Attorneys should strive to be.

I found T.L. Kearney online. His ratings are definitely as they should be. He is beyond remarkable. His price is fair. He has amazingly fast response times to any and all questions. He is very accommodating, professional, and knows what he is doing. I can say this because I called him 4 days before I... was supposed to be seen in court, and it was on a Thursday that I reached him. He had complete knowledge of my charges, and had me set up with a private hearing, with the Judge, on the following day (Friday.) He was quick to ask questions of the judge, and due to his amazing knowledge, demeanor, professionalism, and kindness, the judge granted me an ARD, which I found out after we left the courtroom, is not something that happens. "To thank my lucky stars." I not only, thank my lucky stars that I found T. L. to be my counsel, but feel incredibly blessed to have found an attorney who actually seems to care more, about the client, than how much money might milk you for. He is one of a kind!!! I very highly recommend this gentleman to represent anyone who finds themselves in a fix.

I hired Attorney Kearney for my son who was incarcerated in a local prison. He listened to my concerns as a mother and met with my son at YCP. He always kept me updated as to what I could expect. He was honest and made sure I understood the process as well as what the outcomes could be. He called... me to give me updates rather than me having to hound for information.
